All of these parks were very pretty! Especially loved how peaceful that first one was. ❤ The stream in the third park was amazing. The second park had a great sandy beach. Gorgeous!

I have never ate a trout. It is neat that the parks have the passport stamps to keep the visitors motivated to attend. This park has some incredible facility’s , especially that sand beach. Nice finish at the bridge where the water was crashing by.

I've had rainbow trout before and it was a very good tasting fish, but I didn't catch it myself. Yes, I think the park passport stamp booklet motivates people to try new places to hike and visit. Thanks for watching.

I wish I were more into fishing. Those look like great fishing spots with the beautiful streams. I guess if you are skilled enough, you could fish, skin it and cook it all in one sitting for the total outdoors experience without going too far into the wilderness

I love fishing and so do my kids but we pretty much stink at it. Haha, it's true. Last summer we caught one keeper that we were able to eat. Fun fact, I did actually clean and fillet it myself with help from KZfaq 😊 Thanks for watching.

Yes, Pennsylvania is really interesting in that all our state parks are free and they really vary in what each one offers. Sometimes it's just a picnic or fishing spot. Thanks for watching.

Thanks so much. The passport is sold by the PA parks and forest foundation and the purchase of it helps the parks. Just makes it a fun way to keep track of where I visit.

Nice forested parks- the rivers and water seem to be the star of the parks. Nice to have small parks with public access- I really appreciate all of our public lands. The Bald Eagle State Forest sounds interesting- great name! 👌🙌🙌 It’s raining here today too. 😄

Yes, our park system in the state is neat that they've included some smaller spots just for fishing or picnicking. Pennsylvania has a good bit of state forest land where you can hike or hunt, but I haven't explored that as much as the regular state parks. Thanks for watching.

All three stare parks looked great and all had differenr benefits. The two with streams were beautiful and the sand area at the 2nd park was fantastic. I love dit whe they have those stone pavillions they are nice. We get the stamps for all the national parks but webgo to a lot of state parks we should start colecting those stamps. That campground was nice. Thx for aharing grear locations.

Yes, that stone pavilion with the fireplace was so nice. I thought it was neat that you could also have a view of the lake and beach from the pavilion. I think collecting the state parks stamps is lots of fun, but not all states participate. Maybe they have a program like that in Oregon?

Yes, I'm so used to the tiny sand beach they have at Beltsville or Hickory Run. This one looks like you'd have a good amount of space to set up a blanket or chairs.

I filmed this is April and it was quite cold for the time of year. Now our wacky weather has reached the 80's this week. It can be a bit of a rollercoaster this time of year in Pennsylvania.

Wasn't that swing neat? They had several of them around the lake. Maybe you are right that the sand beach area is so big because it gets crowded and they need the space.
