Custom head looks better. The McFarlane head is way too thin and eyes are way too wide.

The McFarlane head looks a lot better if you repaint the eyes. I just used black paint to make his eyes almond shaped. I don't understand why they couldn't choose between whited out eye holes or human eyes and did a half and half job.

hey i did a moc up from a screen shot of the mattel head. i edited the cape to just be batmans body shape, and lowered the head and it looks great. sadly i dont know how to paste an image so you'll have to take my word

I think the McFarlane's head and arms are all wrong, the figure looks like one of those classic Foot Soldiers, all gorilla-esque.

I dont know. I kind of prefer the custom figure's body. Mcfarlane just looks so ugly shaped to me.
