3 lbs of broccoli florets
3 tbsp of extra virgin olove oil
½ tsp of garlic salt
2 tbsp of garlic powder
2 tbsp of onion powder
2 tsp of adobo seasoning
1 tbsp of paprika
1/8 tsp of cayenne pepper
1 tbsp of Italian seasoning
Brown Basmati Rice:
2 cups of rinsed brown basmati rice
4 cups of water
1 tbsp of garlic powder
1 tbsp of onion powder
JUICY Chicken Breast:
3 cloves of garlic with skin (cracked)
5 springs of fresh thyme
5-6 Chicken Breasts
½ tsp of seasoned salt
2 tbsp of garlic powder
2 tbsp of onion powder
2 tsp of adobo seasoning
1/8 tsp of cayenne pepper
1 tbsp of paprika
½ tsp of dried thyme
1 tbsp of oregano
2-3 tbsp of dairy free butter
