Hey party people! Thanks so much for hanging out with me while I share with you this meal prep! I was cooking in my kitchen and put together five meals to prepare me for the days ahead! The fudge, especially. haha I was feeling a bit behind so I needed to put in the work to get where I wanted to be as the homemaker of the household. The keeper of the home. I got to it and cleaned my house did laundry, tidied the kitchen after I cooked a few meals. I have a slow cooker meal which was super simple to throw together, and a marinade that was equally as easy! I also made some fudge with a crazy secret ingredient and my favorite was the breakfast casserole. I ate it for three days straight and it was delightful to have a nice healthy breakfast to eat that was full of protein and kept me full! Hope you enjoy cooking with me and all the meal prep involved in getting things straightened out!

Good morning! So, in your video on Tuesday, I let you know that I found out that I'm pregnant with twins. Well, I went to the doctor yesterday and it turns out that there are three growing babies with heartbeats. There were four but one didn't have a heartbeat. So excited!

Hey girl I learned from Rachel Ray to blend the Chipotles in Adobo up put them in a ziplock baggie flatten it out put it in the freezer and then when you need it again. Just break off pieces. Works Perfectly

If I’m in a hurry, I love using this press in pie crust! Melts in your mouth. 1 1/2 cups flour, 1/2 cup veg oil, 2 T sugar, 1/4 t salt, and 2 T milk

Knorpp and South has a series from last year where she baked a pie a day for a month. You might want to check it out. Laundry, I hate it. What I did with my kids is each kiddo had their own hamper and I just would wash each kids' clothes and then fold it right out of the dryer. Their clothes would stay together.

My favorite thing I ever did was invest in sports bags for my almost 9 yo son. He has 2 bags since he plays 4 sports. We bought him the Adidas Stadium Sports backpack for soccer and basketball so he keeps everything in there altogether. Yes, even 2 pairs of cleats and his slides (it has great ventilation!) And then he has a baseball backpack. For football, he just keeps his helmet with his pads. Anyway, I think a bag, or even a 13x13 bin to put all the sports gear in, is a life saver! Especially once they get used to putting things 'where they belong' and don't have to depend on you as much to remember where everything goes. Hugs Kim, you're doing great. You are a super mom.

One our favorite pie recipe. simple but yummy! has to chill overnight 2 boxes nabisco chocolate snaps 28 large marshmallows small can evaporated milk 1 square bakers chocolate 1 pt. medium cream 1. melt milk/chocolate/marshmallow in double boiler 2. cool 5 mins in refrigerator 3. beat medium cream 4. add to cool mixture. stir together 5.line pan with cookies. fill all space between. 6.add filling. chill overnight

I'll leave my sourdough starter in the fridge for up to 4 weeks sometimes. Usually I'll make bread every 2 to 3 weeks. It develops an alcohol on top of it that you just mixed back in. So when you feed your starter the day before you're ready to make bread, it should be just fine

Here’s a suggestion for using up those extra chipotle peppers: blend them up with a jar of mayo and now you have delicious chipotle mayo on hand for amping up everything you eat. Breakfast sandwiches? Yes. Salad? Yes. Any other sandwich? Yes. Dipping sushi in it? Yes. Dipping nuggets? Yes. EVERYTHING!? Yes.

Hey Kimmy! I have a laundry tip for you. The lysol sanitizer goes in the fabric softener spot in the washer. It helps with sink towels and sanitize them better. The vinegar and baking soda goes in the tub. Hope this helps. Thank you for sharing your day with me.

Hi! I don't understand the declutter to have less laundry either 🤷‍♀️. I have a laundry schedule where I wash certain items on certain days. For example, on Mondays, I wash my daughters' clothes, so no matter how many clothes they have, I am still washing a weeks worth of their laundry on Mondays. Onto pie 🥧, I like to eat chocolate pie and butterscotch pie. One that I make that people enjoy is a cinnamon apple crumb pie. The crumble on top is crushed pecan shortbread cookies and butter🤤. For the apple pie filling, it's a bonus if you can find the Carmel apple pie filling. It's a Taste of Home recipe, and it calls for a store bought pie shell but I use my recipe to make my own.

Our favorite Thanksgiving pie is Buttermilk Pie! (Don’t knock it til you try it!) My mom made the absolute best. It’s best at room temp before it’s refrigerated because of a delightful crunchy sugary crust that forms on top. Still good cold but the top isn’t crunchy after it’s refrigerated. We always make 2, one to eat and one to let folks take some home.

BUTTERMILK PIES by Inez Green 2/3 c. buttermilk 1/2 stick butter 1 tsp. vanilla 4 eggs 2 c. sugar 2 Tbsp. flour Mix all ingredients together. Pour in 2 (9 inch) unbaked pie crusts. Bake at 250 °F. for 10 minutes, then 300°F. for 50 minutes.

The bar chocolate has cocoa butter. You can add a bit extra oil or crisco/coconut oil etc. to replace that when using the powder.

Impossible Buttermilk Pie is a family fav here! Allrecipes has a good recipe, close to mine, but I use a pie crust. Ppl are always amazed at how good it is! Thank you for being you.

the object of letting it sit for a while is to give it time to "ferment". The whole purpose behind sour dough is that the fermentation process makes the wheat easier for your body to digest.. If you are not interested in that aspect, than save yourself all the trouble and just make dough without using sour dough. I have issues with gluten, but sour dough does not bother me. I even ferment all my recipes calling for discard Following "the rules" makes it so much better for your body and digestion

The theory behind less laundry is basically just that your mountains of clean and dirty laundry can't get as large if you have less clothes. It is just less overwhelming. If you have 30 pairs of pants, you can have a month sized pile. If you only have 10 pairs of pants, you cannot procrastinate for a full month.
