I got the Impossible Bratwurst one day. Decided to cook them on the skillet with a little butter. Popped those bad boys on some bread and tried one. Not gonna lie, this is some good “meat”. Only downside is that it doesn’t have the density and thickness that real bratwursts do.

Look yall can eat what u want. But I couldn't tell the difference wise between the two. But my brain was not a happy camper till I had a beef based burger. So much hyper processed oils compared to a bean burger or beef.

It tastes great in its own right but you can clearly tell it isnt *quite* beef. Id still call it a viable burger substitute, if you're looking to cut down on red meat or even cut it out completely. It sears easier than beef, whatever they put in it gets a nice crispy crust that has deep flavors. I put red robin seasoning on mine today and it was decent

Thanks for trying it even tho you are not on a plant based diet. I think if we can get people to accept plant based alternatives as normal and healthy, many people would be able to switch to a plant based diet. Go vegan :)

Vegetarian options arent bad. I have an issue with this highly processed GMO vegan “food” that’s being marketed as healthy. If you want a vegan burger, make one out of beans or tofu. Don’t buy something out of a factory. You might as well be eating a rubber tire given how much technical processing this meat has

@@Kimster182 "highly processed GMO" to be clear Rice that has been cooked meets this definition so I wouldn't be scared of those buzzwords. I agree with the sentiment that a Whole Foods plant based diet is definitely a healthier diet, so I must ask what is keeping you from switching if you haven't already?

@@Nsaf_UKR Vegan meat has at least 4x more sodium than real meat. High Sodium intake is the leading cause of stroke and heart attack. Not to mention all the processed chemicals that has been put inside.
