This one is the Cantiga n º 100, of the cantigas of the king alfonso X " the wise " what you hear is not Portuguese, is Galego-Portuguese, wherefrom derivate the Galician and the Portuguese, the Spanish King, was the author of the majority of these cantigas, (he was dominating the writing of the Galego-Portuguese) the cantigas of Alfonso X are several hundreds, many tradionales, others of the own king or of the court.

Galician and Portuguese were the same language back in the middle ages, it was called galician-portuguese (galego-portugues), why did they split? the spanish took over galicia and imposed their pronunciation. Today galician is still closer to portuguese than spanish, however the galician culture will eventually be overwhelmed by spanish
