There's a reason why THIS recording of this classic medieval tune is so popular on KZfaq. It is arguably the best rendition. The musicianship is excellent. The tight but not overwhelming authentic percussion, the driving, rhythmic guitar (or possibly bouzouki?) strummed, the wonderful bagpipe and recorder complimenting the melody....the fiddle in line with the manly vocals that sound like German knights chanting on their way to battle......my hat is off to the great folk musician that is Arany Zoltan and Co.
