WHAT IS BRAIN EDUCATION TV?
Brain Education TV provides mental health and mental wellness videos to help young adults with loneliness, depression, and anxiety. The foundation of our content comes from Brain Education, an academic study from South Korea that stems from over 40 years of research and application and has been practiced by millions around the world.
WHY WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH…
We suffered from high-functioning loneliness and depression our whole lives. We lived different lives in different states, but when we met, we realized we were struggling with common issues that reflected an important problem in our young adult generation. We didn’t know who we were, what we were passionate about, what we should live for, and what direction our lives were “supposed” to go. We spent a lot of time wandering in search of that magical ‘answer’ that will solve all problems (like I’m sure most of you are doing right now), and yet the further we searched outside, the more pronounced the emptiness inside of us felt.
Millions of people suffer silently from mental health related issues. Yet our society still places taboos around openly talking about relevant mental health topics like loneliness, depression, and anxiety. As a result, our young adults don’t know how to talk about it constructively, where to turn to, or what resources they have to combat this real-life threat to their wellbeing.
We credit Brain Education for giving us the courage to overcome our own mental health struggles and create the lives we want...and now we hope you can too through the videos we share on this channel.

To those of you who feel, as I do, a toxic relationship with oneself I tried this with the other person being that dark monster inside of me. That part of me who never feels like he can be loved, never feels he is enough, but instead feels shame and guilt. Thank you for this meditation it helped begin healing my relationship with myself. I hope others can find healing as well.

I cried... and hav this vision a dark purple removing the bright light cord I hav with my mother... and I just feel OK again... before I feel my emotion and thought are having storm.. now i feel calm and clear... my mind feel overheat from thinking but something clear up..maybe it's the energy had been clear up.. and now my brain seem not pumping lots of thoughts about issues.. thank you.

I needed this. I wanted it to go longer. The cord is very long and I was just pulling and pulling, very gently. I just saw my partner and I like two hurt people. I was crying but started bawling when I pulled the cord from him. As I watched us both, we were smiling. I heard kids laughter from somewhere. It was so peaceful and nice. I didn’t want to leave. I didn’t even notice where the cord went, it slowly disappeared. Thanks so much for this beautiful, healing moment.

@@nal3601 i know the feeling, just know that the storm will pass eventually, focus on how to heal even if you don't want to and my biggest advice would be to write down every night 3 positive things that happened to you during the day, even the smallest things it will rewire your brain slowly! Also what helped me was to focus on spirituality (whatever form it might take for you) and the bigger picture! You are strong !!

I imagined myself 3 months ago when I was going through a very tough break up situation. I imagined her pain and soothed her gave her strength to go through it and reminded her that everything is okay in the future she has accomplished everything that she wanted to the worries that ate her up at that time doesn't exist anymore so that she can rest. It was emotional I cried but felt very good in the end. It was the very first time I did this might have to do it everyday. I hope I can heal fully.

Thank you! I don't want to get rid of him, and I can't because we're spiritually connected, but there's a chord built with trauma that needs to go. We trigger each other and it's not good for any of us. He looked sad and scared when I pulled it out of him, but hopefully he'll understand that it doesn't mean I'm gone, just trying to find balance and harmony. But it was emotional for me as well, it's so easy to cling to that trauma bond as if it was the only thing connecting us, which it isn't. I will come back to this practice again. ❤

For context - I always had a traumatic experience everyweek for the past 3 years because of my professor at uni and always after he completely destroyed me mentally in lessons he would get up and just leave saying goodbye. When you said ,,imagine your mind is coming back to your physical body'' I literally imagined how I would get up from my chair and I would be the one to walk off and saying goodbye to him. Now when I tell you... in that exact moment I bursted into tears like a baby, therefore thank you from the bottom of my heart for posting this video, it's truly inspiring.

I too felt a release and started crying midway through but then the ad popped up and it completely stopped the release of the negative energy. I wish the ad was at the end of the meditation instead of in the middle.

The other person is my Mom, She passed away almost 2 years ago, but the emotional pain and trauma she left behind is still in us (me and my siblings). This felt good, I started crying like a baby when visualizing the cord dissolving. I don't blame her, she never had peace in her life and hence, acted the way she did. This is good for both of us I think! I will continue doing this every day until I feel like I no longer have to

I tried this meditation for me and a close friend of mine who has probably been my only friend lately, but ever since I have joined the team that she works in, I work as a senior executive and she is a manager ,now we both report to the same boss. More than a year ever since I am in this team and this has majorly changed our connection, especially I suspect that she is cheating on her husband who is also my friend with a guy from work, who I used to have a crush on . She is not getting the validation from her husband and enjoying it from this guy at work . She’s probably getting from this guy at work who used to be my crush. Okay, that’s a little gist . I I did this meditation with an intention to clear whatever negatives are there in each other’s mind in her mind about me, and in my mind about her. Before this meditation, I had so much of anger and hatred towards her, but while doing this meditation, I suddenly calmed down. My question is why do I always fall asleep in meditation like in between this meditation I forgot to do 2-3 steps as guided because I think I fell asleep, 😅then I woke up again, and I finished the meditation. Actually, most of the time I’m sleep deprived. I sleep only 4 to 5 hours every night, but this is why I dislike meditation because I sleep in between and then I wake up in the end and I feel oh no, I really missed all of it, but why do I sleep? Am I trying to resist the healing?

I cried the first two times I did this( domestic violence relationship that has custody of a son he didn't even want, dealt with ALL types of abuse) but now im just angry. I tried to do it a third time and I had to stop because my anger got so intense, I did this today and my anger is still there. Has anyone experienced this ? When does the anger go away ? How many times would I have to do this ?

Anger can be a tricky emotion to process especially when we've been hurt by others. First, knowing that it's okay to feel anger and practice with acceptance will make it start to feel lighter, but considering what you've been through, it may take time. Sending energy to you 🙌
