this was perfect & so aligned with where I'm at rn! Working with my energy more hands on Question - is the wrist shaking something that you work up to doing so fast? My wrists got so achy and slow after 20 seconds and I couldn't keep up w the momentum

can you please tell me if the gut exercises (just watched the video) is the same - basically - as using the belly wand tool? It is a little pricey and if the manual gut exercise is just as good, I can do that everyday and save myself a little money. thank you! glad I found this channel and the exercises - thru the documentary Love Heals!!
