I needed this tonight. I had a meltdown today and I was sitting in my pain and humility and it wasn’t serving me. At. All. So I searched guided meditation echo and this was the perfect practice to release and ground my emotions to the present. Thanks, once again, for being there and providing the practices that you do. I appreciate you.

may i share a poem i just wrote: the will to flow,stronger than ever to go wherever life will take me shining my light once more in search of who i am not much deeper to fall as darkness became so familiar i feel like dying,dissolving and unwillingly surrendering to truly awakening into stillness and love nothing more to carry into the here and now nowhere to go in the pitch darkness i silently await until the next step forward appears towards more light,freedom more me ✨

I have mental breakdowns everyday (as long as I’m not distracted) & it’s so painful that I need to “stop” & do normal life. Why is high functioning ppl not getting any benefits or empathy. (I cannot afford CBT therapy)

The narrator's breathing in this is beyond obnoxious. I was already extremely angry and in a complete and total emotional breakdown before starting this meditation and the annoying breathing in this meditation just made me more and more annoyed than I already was. #EpicFail

That's actually NOT on the narrator, that's on you. Nobody needs to take responsibility for what has angered you further. You must take responsibility for your own stuff!

You're right, no one is responsible for my emotions but me, but the narrator IS responsible for her obnoxious breathing, which can be heard throughout the entirety of the meditation. I've been doing KZfaq meditation for YEARS and I know that it's more than possible to record narration without hearing the narrator breathing. LOL If she can't breathe inaudibly due to health issue etc then she probably shouldn't be recording meditations. It is NOT normal to hear someone breathing throughout a meditation, unless of course it's a breathing exercise meditation where breathing is supposed to be audible. That's not the case here. The narrator is just heavy breathing through the whole thing. Don't narrate meditation if you can't control your breathing. Breath control is like the definition of meditation, so if you can't do that, you shouldn't be narrating one. And I want to appreciate the narrates tudey comment about "being human," but it has nothing to do with "being human." It has to do with the fact that you personally can't control your breathing so that it's not picked up on your microphone or possibly your method of recording your voice is picking up too much audio and therefore you get breathing that you shouldn't be getting. Either your microphone is too close to your mouth or you don't know how to breathe in an inaudible manner or you need a better way of recording audio. Either way, you shouldn't be recording meditations. Don't give me an attitude. Your meditation should not have your breathing throughout it unless it's actually a breathing meditation and this was not. You were just talking and I could hear you breathing the entire f****** time. Learn how to breathe. Get a better manner of recording audio so we don't hear you breathing or don't record meditation. This meditation is garbage.

@@wendymayo9475 I'm not going to read the entirety of your message. You are a very angry person and your anger is going to limit your awakening to truth and light. You are a very negative and opinionated person with a blatant disregard for a persons feelings. Furthermore your entitlement is not serving you well. You need to bring it into your own awareness that you are indeed the one with the issues here. There are people here reading your comments and I for one am being gracious enough to point out that you need to grow. If you don't like it, simply block the channel, stop spreading your hate, negativity and anger and move on. I wish you the best on your own personal and spiritual growth.
