Today we're mixing it up! We're heading to Sydney's hub of Vietnamese culture, Cabramatta, to try some delicious & authentic Vietnamese food.
We tried:

- Banh Mi (at Kim Thanh Hot Bread)
- Bun Bo Hue (at Dong Ba restaurant)
- Durian & avocado shake (at Yummi Juice Bar)

You can also try Bun Rieu (Vietnamese crab noodles) and Banh Canh (thicker rice noodles with fishcakes). There are also more unique food when Lunar New Year comes, make sure to check out the areas again in late Jan/early Feb 😄 And yes, your mon deserves an adventurous eater award! 😄 Bonus at 2:46, in Vietnam we often have this joke: Australia: Drives on the left US: Drives on the right Vietnam: *ROAD IS ROAD I DONT CARE* 🤣

Can I just say something? You're such a breath of fresh air! We need more people like you! My heritage is from Vietnam and I am first generation Australian born as well. I think I feel so interconnected with my heritage seeing you explore with positivity. Although I still have room to know more, to be honest, since I'm not born there to witness so much more landscape, greenery, conservative and pop cultures than the ones we have here in Australia and in my household. Keep up journaling your favourite adventures! I'm sure the fruits of your success will thrive! I have never been to Poland. But I used to have a Polish friend in primary school who has his mum telling me about it. :) I have so much to learn! Best wishes! :))

Other than that, as I am Vietnamese studying in New Zealand (not as multicutural as Aus and there is not much variety of food here) and I cannot go home this holiday because of Covid. I miss home so much. 😭😫 I'm literally dead inside. 😭❤️! Wish you and your family a lovely Christmas and New Year holiday!

Love to see your family enjoyed Cabramatta, our Vietnamese’s capital (our home away from home). As a parent, I admire your parents’s open minded attitude, especially your mum towards to the new cultures, foreigner foods. I also admire your passion with Chinese language. You are so talented, I envy when hearing you speak, read and travel around China (even through I have been for so many times ) I wish to have some tips from you of how to learn Chinese for conversational only as I am too old to memorize the characters ( I only know 25 characters so far 🤦🏻‍♀️) BTW, the ice black coffee that you had in Cabramatta calls “cà phê đá” ( coffee ice), your parents: “cà phê sữa nóng” (hot milk coffee) in Vietnamese All the very best with your channel, new adventure Amy. Love your beautiful smile

The caves were beautiful with different colors. Because I traveled on a small cruise ship, I was able observe the unique geography as well as the on water seafood market. Got a nice fish and a large crab cooked on the ship. Yummy.
