Meal prep for the week is really worth the effort. I like how you mix and matched with the ingredients. It's basically having the ingredients in the fridge and makes it easier to throw something together.

I love both what I eat in a week and what I eat in a day. But im partial to the week ones bc it gives us a variety of meal ideas and how you balance healthy eating throughout the week. Another great video!!

I did a stuffed pepper soup for lunches this week. Super simple and pretty tasty! Plus it makes a big batch so you just grab some and heat it up when you need it

I'm totally cracking up that you have a maniac sized jar of garlic and you measure out teaspoons! I have the same size jar and I basically measure it in shovels. My garlic game is very strong.

I loved the meals you made! I'm planning on writing down the meals I want to have during the week too. It feels a lot more doable when we write it down and take the time to prepare ourselves for the week. Anyway, love it!

I usually put milk,honey and cinnamon in my chia puddings and top it with coconut ”whip cream”. Love you content btw gave me so many new ideas.

Mango is my favourite La Croix that we can get here in Canada. I used to go down to Bellingham back when that was a thing and I would grab these Cherry Lime ones from Target which are by far the best ones. They are seriously the best sparkling water I've ever had. I miss them!!

I'm drinking a Key Lime La Croix and that's probably my favorite. Limoncello is also delicious 😍 I hated sparkling waters before I tried those and now I'm hooked.

my favorite lacroix flavors are key lime, limoncello, tangerine, and coconut. (i didn’t try coconut for a long time because i thought it would taste like coconut water, it doesn’t, it’s more like pina colada ice cream but as water). i don’t like the peach pear, passionfruit or mango flavors because they taste sort of bubble-gummy.

my family has tried out mostly all the flavors by now and my favorites are key lime (not lime), tangerine, limoncello, and coconut (doesn’t taste like nasty coconut water at all, it’s like pina colada ice cream but if it was water lol)

Are you still without a microwave? I noticed you're reheating food over the stove top, which is a typical 'I don't own a microwave' sign lol, good job if so! It's a tough transition initially but reheating over the stove means you're keeping the quality of your ingredients A+ and not loosing the nutrients!

love this vid and all the food ideas! question regarding the eating every few hours - i've heard it both ways that if you have insulin sensitivity the best thing to do is intermittent fast and eat within a small window in the day and then others say the best is every few hours! idk what to believe lol! i think probably just whatever that persons body reacts best with is the answer but genuinely curious about the actual science behind what the best tactic is for insulin sensitivity.

I have the under armour sports mask it’s a little big on my face for the first few days but after that I adjusted and really love it it has a cool sense inside to help out to my favorite mask I wear it everywhere work gym Aaron’s lol
