I like that she’s eating “normal portions”, meals that actually help to stay tuned the whole day without feeling hungry. Not like in other video, where they recommend one egg for breakfast and a tiny sandwich for lunch 😅.

I’ve recently made the decision to focus on my health/weight goals and even when I dreaded working out after a stressful day at work, after consistently pushing myself every day, focusing on my physical health has become my favorite part of my day and has improved my mentality on staying healthy! Your videos have inspired me to understand more of what I eat and the effects they have on my mind and body and has helped me incorporate far healthier dishes every day and now I enjoy cooking and meal prep! Love this video!

I love the book "Atomic Habits" since discovering it a few years ago, I try and make a point of re-reading it or at least the bullet points every January. It is like a reset and I always learn something new.

I really loved your video. I’ve lost 45kg by my own and by watching videos like these, helped me to understand how the macros are workingand all things around healthy food, healthy mind and impactful workouts. You are inspiring. The thing you did with the voiceover was great too. Waiting for your next one. I would really love to see another what I eat in a day for fat loss and home workouts(tutorials)❤️❤️❤️

nice touch explaining how fragile oils could be, the lipid peroxidation process. it get really toxic and causes alot of inflammation within the body. but maybe you could also switch the sesame to an avocado oil or ghee which are less inflammatory because of the ratio of omega 6 to 3

I always thought healthy food tastes horrible, but it actually doesn’t! I really liked this video as you’re eating realistic amounts of food and not promoting any type of ED like so many youtubers. The aesthetic appeal is really nice too. Great 👍🏻

Your voice is seriously the most relaxing thing to listen to. I’ve never used sesame oil as a cooking oil before. I’ve always used it as an add-in to sauces and such. Imma try it. Seems perfect for salmon. YUM!

I never thought about meal prep and planning as a way to be consistent, I used to think it was boring eating the same stuff for a few days (and end up giving up, snacking and binge eating). You opened my mind and gave me new motivation to stay healthy 😍

I really admire you and your transparency in showing how you keep this wonderful body! What I liked most about this video was seeing that you prepare your meals with super affordable and healthy ingredients. Besides, you do not put “fear” when eating like many influencers do. You do not stop eating and eat in a healthy way. Also, you still eat some delicious snack.You don't stop living for it. So thanks for these inspirations !! You make all the difference in my fitness life! Oh, and I followed your tip to go to the supermarket when you're not hungry and it worked! So I'm just shy of 5ft and I was pushing 168 pounds post Covid. I'm back in the 140's! Helps that my job is physically demanding, and I got back to jogging after not being able to do anything from an injury. I love your videos they help so much. I usually do quite well with preps but it's nice to get some other recipes from you! Love your content, keep it up! (Much love from Arizona) ☺🤙🏼

I love watching these videos as they motivate me to eat better and give me ideas on what I can cook and meal prep that look tasty and nutrient dense! What I like about the video: I like how satisfying it is to watch your videos while it also motivates me to eat healthier and start working out on my own. I also like how you don’t just say the things you do but show it as well especially with the recipes because it helps as a guide for people like me who are figuring out where and how to start eating better.
