Some ppl do not deserve dogs. Crap owners. I’m sorry, but they are. If my dog was lost or got out, I’d be panicking. This person doesn’t even want to pick up their phone. If your parents see that dog out again, ask the owners if they want to give her away to them. Poor dog deserves better. 😡
