He probably has stayed active his whole life through martial arts and exercise, whereas many people stop being consistently active around teenage years to 20s. He probably has also trained intelligently and knows a whole lot about fitness.

I like the slow motion talk, very funny. I was thinking Mike, maybe you could do a video with Stephen "Wonderboy" Thompson and Jesse Enkamp on some karate techniques. I think it would be a great collaboration because you guys have a lot to teach. Much respect!

I remember doing stuff like this as a kid with by brothers or cousins in our room after getting hyped up on action flix or kung fu movies. Found out it didnt help back behind the school when freshman beatdowns came along. Lol😂

That slow motion voice 😂 How different is is working with actors who have less experience with choreography? I saw some of Matt Mullins' work on Underworld and the editors chopped the hell out of it, so I couldn't see if they did it in parts for the actors or how long the sequences were before cuts.

I remember me and my brother running the streets, fighting everybody at the club, watching MJ White when he was teaching Kimbo Slice.. needless to say I eventually stopped and my brother didn’t.. he ended up serving 10 years in prison and just got out 2 years ago.. kids don’t do what I did with this information. Most people can’t fight in the streets. They usually win because of their aggression.. if you know just a little bit of something you can spank the typical bully. Most people who can really fight do anything not to fight.
