what an inspiring chef. when I'm back in the UK. Michael's restaurant is the only reason I'm booking a ticket to Leeds. I discovered this boy on great British menu. absolutely amazing. LOVED his comments about Bowie. Tip of the hat sir. well done on all your success and the Miami vice hair x

What happens behind the curtain is obviously that it’s a oppressive, uninspired team of sheeple that lack any empathy or customer focus in the kitchen and simply care about what they think is good. As reflected by the experience in his restaurant!

Leaving a 22year old alone without support was asking for trouble.Beonga chef demands in my opinion too much ,ordering crockery should be done by someone else for example.
