I just bought a 2003 450 with 146 hours for 500 and got it running with new carb and had to put new wheel bearings and brakes in front. And it has tittle. I’m in Ohio to and go ride up in Athens Ohio at the trails up there.

Just found your channel, and glad I did. I've worked on vehicles and all kinds of different equipment and things most of my life, but I'm really just now beginning to do some things to an atv that I've purchased. It's an 04' Honda 500 Rubicon. Pretty decent running condition except for a little valve noise,and the carb needs a good cleaning/rebuild. Thanks to a few of your videos, it seems to be just pretty straightforward mechanic work. But is there any way you can tell me what the valve clearance is on that model? On another one of your videos, you mentioned .006 intake and .009 exhaust, but that was for an 11' model. I would just pick up a Hanes or Clymer manual, but I'm afraid I've spent all my money on the 4-wheeler. Thanks man, any help would be awesome.

Your video helped me take off and rebuild the carb on my 2004 Honda TRX 450. I took off the gas tank and blew out the fuel line but could not remove the pepcock due to one of the bolts turning on the bottom of the tank. Any idea how to remove pepcock bolts that just turn but do not loosen on the tank
