Resect to his boxing, but he is a fraudsters, this wise man persona he puts on is a result of 2 things, narcotics and old age. His speech is so self centred most of the time, and is just him narrating his own life, as interesting as it may be, there is many who can do that, and definitely more educated and experienced people to listen to.

Its because Cus trained him not only physically but mentally. Cus was probably one of the greatest trainers ever because he would train your mind, almost brainwash you into thinking your the greatest. He would tell Tyson that Mike was a God and nobody could beat him. These thoughts were planted like seeds and grew. So when it was time to fight they came forward from deep within his subconscious mind.

He is actually very well read and taught. I think what happened is he gained access to resources and gained the means to access people and resources. I think his relationship with Cus really showed him the value of good information vs bad information. His ability to become an absolute legend in boxing by learning and guidance started getting applied to every aspect of his consciousness. Fast forward a few decades and the man is a walking encyclopedia.
@Mr.Hyde_23
@Mr.Hyde_23 Жыл бұрын
@@wabbagaming2184 Cus was a huge boxing historian, and he'd sit down for hours with Mike breaking down fights, styles,.etc. Maybe he taught Mike the value of learning from the past to mold him into the best version of himself, as Mike is discussing the great conquerers and strategists of history. Cus was also pretty philosophical with his various analogies and comparisons he'd make to help strengthen Mike's mind and imparting that confidence in him.

I’ve been watching Tyson closely since 1985.. I’ve watched the kind of transformation any of us can go through, just that his is like that of a caricature. Everything is large and in your face, it’s dramatic. World champ to prison to the comeback, the violence, right through to the recent years where he has become a high profile celebrity, a commentator, cannabis grower etc, he’s a hell of an interesting guy. My point is, that he knows himself to a high degree, he’s been doing the work through all of this and can see the role he plays. Ultimately he acts out the role and plays that part, but he knows he’s doing it and that’s the difference. He plays the part of this larger than life caricature and has become relatively comfortable with it. And we love him for it because he’s authentic.

Because of Tyson Moments like these, one must before an interview with Mike, checks carefully the safety exits in the facility, never wear white pants, or must do double layered diaper aaand make sure you get him to smoke weed a lot…and in case it doesn’t calm him down if he snaps for no reason, make sure you smoke some weed too just so your body would be less tense during the beating he is going to administer on you just because he remembered losing his favourite pigeon or something.

I thought wouldn't that be crazy as hell if that was Mr. Tyson. Then he smiled and I saw that trademark gap in his fronts. I've never been bothered by seeing Celebrities in the past. Who cares right, but when I realized my son and I were passing Mike Tyson and one of his little girls, I felt like I was seeing greatness. He said hello and threw me a fist bump and I was blown away. I later scolded my young son for not hitting on his young daughter. I told him he ruined my one chance to go to a barbaque with the former undisputed Heavy Weight Champ.

What ever mind set Mike Tyson had before he went in the ring to fight worked for him.Because even though he was very afraid to go into the ring he knew that he had a image to maintain.He knew he was the Greatest.And I Believe that is what motivated him to man up and Fight.
