9:30 I feel like the Chanel's are way more reminiscent of the Heather’s than the Plastics tbh since they’re more directly mean, aggressive and intimidating and all the girls share the same name while the Plastics were kinda fake nice to people and just normal girls, and the Heather's and Chanel’s are also obviously surrounded by murder. Even the dynamics and personalities of the characters are very similar to the heathers like Heather Duke and Chanel #5 being the jealous punching bags of the group's while Chanel #3 and Heather McNamera are kinda distant from the group compared to the others but they seem to be on the good side of the leader. And Grace really reminds me of Veronica especially when her boyfriend admitted to being the killer it really reminded me of when JD tried to justify murdering all the people to get payback on the popular students. There’s also so much Heathers references in the show and I feel like people don’t really talk about it like playing croquette and Chanel #2's funeral scene was a clear reference to Heather Chandler's funeral where we hear all the characters internal dialogues.

Honestly this show is such a perfect fit for you to cover it in a 2-3 ep at a time format. Love you Michael Microphoneee

I think the reason Ryan Murphy's writing struggles after one season is cus they are not real characters. They're mean, funny caricatures. Which is brilliant and entertaining for a short time. But long term characters need to be relatable and empathetic to last. Plus his plots are so crazy that after a while it all just squiggles into insanity
