Awesome video. Love my Amp 100 but always had to nuke around 500-600hz when recording to get a good sound through the DI. This makes a whole lot of sense in retrospect.

I have the combo version of Milkman The Amp 50 - I feel that the mid bump is noticeable both on the DI signal as well as the amp's speaker. This approach to EQ is the best way to approximate a clean Fender sound - super helpful video.

You nailed it. My sweet spot is treble 2-3 o’clock and bass anywhere past 3 o’clock. I’m using a neo cream back 1x12 to match the cab sim. Most gigs I don’t use a cabinet, which the sound crews appreciate. I’m really loving this amp. Thanks for your video and the insight!

Had a 100 but sold it (which I regret doing). From what I remember Tim telling me, the cab sweetener is based on a celestial cream back which might also explain the honkyness. From what I remember that speaker has quite a middley sound....

I am interested in Milkman Amp Stereo to run directly to PA, does it have a good cab sim for live performance, or better use 3rd party cab sim?
