I tried ur tomato chutny with just 1 tomato, 1 cashew, 1 red Chilli,cooked with little water in a pan till tomato is cooked.( not in cooker) V different V tasty.Thanq for this good recipie.

Amma iam watching your cooking very amazing. I personally using millet longtime. Only one thing i would like to mention millet need to be soaked for 3 to5 hours as it has lot of fibers it will get soften and easily digetive by system😊🙏

I saw this video and made this Millet Kozhukattai and Tomato Chutney! It was very tasty. I added crushed peanuts also to the Kozhukattai and it added an extra crunch. All in the family loved it. Thank You Akshaya😍

This recipe is good as breakfast , lunch etc .As per Dr . Khadarwali who is considered the Millet Man and also awarded Padmasri has been advocating that millets must be soaked for minimum two hours and should used only one at a time and not mixed with jowar for better results . You can soak the millets for two so hours and follow procedure or if you don’t soak better mix the millets in plain water and set aside for two hours and follow procedure . This it’s easily digestible and not dense . Otherwise it’s very unique and creative . Similarly , jowar should be cooked separately .
