This is a meditation session that will help you start off your day feeling positive and uplifted, and to have a sense of calm and contentedness all throughout your entire day. You will be able to better connect with yourself, and your surroundings, and be able to deal with any situation that comes your way. Calm, aware, and present.
I recommend listening on headphones, first thing when you wake up in the morning. I hope this guided session helps you to reduce anxiety, have more energy, and just be happy and healthy!

Remember that feeling you'd get when your whole life was ahead of you? As you listen to this hold that feeling. Then know that you are still young no matter how old you are and that your inner being will always be young as it continues on, into life after life. Knowing this will aid you to manifest on as this life's inevitable challenges and sorrows try and beak your spirit. All is well. Be well. All conditions are temporary. Nothing matters.

The problem with most meditation is that I it try’s to teach you that you vacantly achieve peace on your own. You can’t. The only/way is Thur Christ. I used the phrase Jesus loves me. That put a great big smile on my face! You can’t do it alone!

This is sublime!! How can "thank you" ever be enough? I'm the world's worst sleeper. Panic attacks and anxiety grip me throughout the night . . worrying about my daughter who has cancer, and seemingly taking on all the tragedies, sadness and anguish of the world! I awoke at 3.45am not knowing what to do with myself so I came here, listened to this beautiful session where I found myself in almost a surreal place. The first birdsong of the morning was gathering momentum and the cows and sheep in the fields were waking to their chorus. Not wanting to disturb my son and daughter, I crept out into the living room where my kitty cat was restless, caged with a broken leg, and meowing. I lifted him carefully and placed him beside me and we listened together, and he settled and slept and I was at peace. It was a truly beautiful moment and even now, at 10.15am, I am calm, at peace, refreshed and present . . . in this moment and embracing it and it is wonderful! . . . and it is a glorious day!! You are a gift! Love and Peace. ❤

Thank you 65Britishbulldog for your kind and inspiring words. No, not a writer just an old Aussie nurse whose home is in England and now retired to care for my daughter. This is what Mindful Peace meditations do for me . . . place such peace in my heart and help uplift me in a way I never thought possible. Still a long long way to go but now finding a place where my heart can sing once more. He is a mystery to us all but he is a gift and quite extraordinary. I wish you peace and love on your journey also.

Dear Clare, I Hope this finds you welll. Your comment has captured my attention since I feel the same as you. I don't know what to do with my life. I feel worthless and useless. At the age of 33 I am struggling with arthritis and Fibromialgya every day. My health and my job are at risk and I started practicing meditation this year since I need to learn hot to live life without certainties. I know this is my mission. My dear Eleonora, I'm so sorry to know that you are having many difficulties in your life. I wish I had the answers as to why some endure so much more than others. We learn to cope with what has been given to us but it is not easy and in my long life I have never quite learned how to cope with it all. My life has been one of many sorrows and I've always felt as though I am drowning but can never quite reach the surface for air. It just goes on and on BUT then I found Mindful Peace and while nothing has changed in my life, I am learning to cope with the cards God has dealt me. I listen to more than one of these meditations each day and also throughout the night and I keep coming back to Meditation on Stress - Guided Body Scan - Control Anxiety. Something quite amazing happens as I have moments of complete peace and calm within. I can't explain it but I almost feel detached from the person that I am. Please don't give up. Stay strong, practice meditation with these sessions as often as you like and with practice you will find that, like me, you can drift off into meditation even when on a bus or, like I do, sitting at the hospital with my daughter. This man is a God-sent gift and the best ever!! I love his voice and I love that he seems to care so much for people like you and me . . . the broken, the hurting, the anxious, those in pain either physical or mental, and it's a beautiful thing to believe deep in your heart that there is someone out there and we are, as you say, united, under the same sky, all as one, who would give of his gift and his time so beautifully to all who are in desperate need of inner peace and calm. Don't give up. Hold on to whatever spirituality or faith that you have in your life and know that we are all in this together and you and I are never alone. Peace and love to you. 💙

I couldn’t do all of it without crying, but I’m proud of myself. Shits been really hard lately but this will hopefully be a step in the right direction. at least I’m trying now.

When I awake in the morning . And negative thoughts and people cross my mind . I quickly reach for this meditation. It's like taking medicine . To,feel better .

I'm the same . Every afternoon I use to tske my tension down. Whenever I'm stressed I listen to this and it takes my tension down . Lol and I say all the mantras . And I can feel the nasty unpleasantness towards me . So i follow the energy. And see what's in store for me . One day after a break I could feel a nasty energy. I said I could feel it comming from here . So I listen to what was said then corrected the problem,.

Yes it's true I haven't listened to it for over a year. It made me feel so good .I was having to deal with horrible people. And they spoiled my good vibes . So I had to switch to something that helped me focus more . As these people were petty, sneaky liars and dangerous. Who hid and planted things. To loo make it like I'm loosing my mind. When in fact they had done this.

I previously posted ( patreon ) that I'm a woman for the UK who was diagnosed seven months ago with MS and to express my appreciation of your meditations and the benefit they provide me with. Consequently I am also delighted you have added another equally excellent and uplifting one. I had a very bad night with twitching, spasms and lots of pain and have been unfit to do anything today but try to mange the lingering pain. This meditation was a gift, though it's mid afternoon here it's enabled me to embrace the day! Once again thank you so much!

This one was particularly good. Not necessarily warding off bad energy but being aware that you may encounter it and accepting it in advance. It's important so that you won't be taken off guard.

Yes! I felt the difference between my and other energy! That was the first time! I had these twinkling sensations and goosebumbs all over my body the entire meditation after realising this. Wauw. Amazing. I’m growing! I’m coming home. ❤️

He has spoken at the United Nations more than once. You can start with His Suffering or Joy video filmed in Los Angeles. His TED TALKS speech shares his Enlightenment experience at the age of 25. I have just discovered this meditation. I absolutely love it. It has really helped with my anxiety and calmed my spinning thoughts. His voice is magical and brings peace. I wish I could find a meditation by him to end the day.

I really liked this meditation. Thank you. I combined aromatherapy with it to help the anxiety that I have. Inhaling the scent of Ylang Ylang essential oil and your guided meditation is perfect to get into a calm positive mindset.

I literally LOVE this meditation, it's sort of like an activity too, where it keeps you focused. I tend to drift off during other meditations where they ramble on for quite a while about being the light and having a glowing white light inside you and it moves with the breath, I just can't seem to get in to those ones, I can't imagine the light getting bigger and bigger you see, it's hard for me. But this is great, it calms you at first, then gets you into abit of inward thinking, then it gets you to do the 5,4,3,2,1 exercises a few times and I love that it makes you focus a little more instead of relaxing too much. For those out there looking for a simple enough but relaxing AND focusing meditation, this is definitely my first recommendation. Thank you so much for being the ONLY ONE who says "good morning" to me for most days, I even say it back to you, even though I know you can't hear it, I sort of feel like you can, it's weird. Btw, I said 'most days' because sometimes but rarely, I oversleep through my alarm, which I usually set for 5am so I can have some 'me time' before my baby wakes, but i have to wake and get straight up when my son does, so if I do oversleep then I don't have time to meditate.) When that happens I feel a little sad I'm ngl... Nm though, I do a night time one when my son's down for the night but I do have to do a different one to this, because this is morning based, so I do an end of day relaxation one.....then usually fall asleep cuz I'm shattered from being a single mum 🤣🤣 typical that I can't even enjoy a night meditation without usually falling asleep lol 🙄

I found this lovely meditation when I had reached a level of self-imposed overwhelm and decided I needed some 'me' time. I cannot thank you enough. So beautiful. You are my blessing. Namaste ~;)

I agree with you . I like how you say that . Self exposed overwhelm. Unfortunately people put too much stress on us . And we end up stressed by over thinking and over achieving .

I've been listening to this every mornin (for over 3 years now?) while doing my light yin yoga.... it is the perfect length of time, dose of centeredness, connection, peace, and self-compassion to help me prepare for my endless days of double majoring in engineering with high honors (even with a long list of life-threatening disabilities) AS WELL AS supporting me in not only withstanding, but embracing and appreciating the insane imbalances of life on Earth each day🙏 Thank you!!!!!! ~Namast3~ SemperNunc🍃💞✨🌄🌱🕊️
