Hello Naresh Kumar, To create service request in ServiceNow follow the below steps: Step 1: Log in to your ServiceNow Instance Step 2: From the "Self Service Module", navigate to Self Service à "Service Catalog" Step 3: Then Select an "Item" from the service catalog Step 4: If required you can choose the "Sub-Category" of an item Step 5: Then select "Quantity" required and then click on "Order Now". Then your request will be submitted successfully and a request number is generated for your request.
