This is the BIGGEST example of the person/ client 🙄 that LOVES to Suffer. Ass load of cardio, 6x/week. ...3 hours in the gym. Like hammering a squat peg in a round whole. You splinter all over the place but the results are also a snails 🐌 pace. Not even a half pound??

😫😫 yes eating more protein works but it’s not easy 🙄 it’s stuffing your face sometimes

I wonder if keeping her activity the same and have her up the calories/ reverse diet could have been a another alternative. She's an athlete so needs to feel like she's doing something. Her problem is not activity. Her problem is her relationship with food ("food bad"). So, Reverse diet and keep all other variables the same. The advice given was great though ❤

Hi. How can a type 2 diabetic lose fat? I have all the time to lift and do cardio and eat all the right thing's. (I think) I do push pull legs day off and repeat. I do 1-2 hours jogging on a rebounder 6 or so ours after lifting. I could easily and happily do more. I'm 5-9" and 225lbs roughly. Quite muscular but also fat. I've tried every thing without much success. My Doctors want me on low carb lowish calories to try and reverse my type two diabetes and its not working at all. 0 lbs lost in nearly 3 months...

Carbs aren't bad, it's refined carbs you need to look out for, with some outliers like watermelon and grapes. Naturally fiber rich carbohydrates shouldn't spike blood sugar. Watch fat intake, particularly saturated fats and oils. Calorie density of foods is a thing too. See if you can talk to a nutritionist, doctors don't necessarily know about nutrition unless they have done specialized training.

Diets good. Can't eat grapes though. Absolutely bizarre why nothing is working. I've tried sacking of cardio altogether, also with no luck. Thanks for the reply though mate.

Bud I’m a type 2 diabetic as well although it’s reversed now… I’m 6’2 and I was 350 lbs.. Got my hormones checked turned out I had low testosterone and sleep apnea.. Got those two things squared away and got my ass to the gym and ate nothing but eggs, chicken and rice and vegetables with some protein shakes mixed in.. Lost over 100 lbs just doing that… Now I pretty much eat what I want here and there but chicken and rice is my base … That worked for me maybe give that a try bud🤷🏽‍♂️

@@mturley8414 hi mate. Yes, I was think more body recomp than loads of cardio. Some obviously. I will have things checked out as well. I was in great shape not so long ago and then hit 40ish. Thanks mate ..

@@budwise7332 yes sir.. Btw I was 42 when I went on that journey.. I’m 45 now … I do some cardio but just walking 30-45 minutes a day and I try and make sure throughout my day I get 10-15,000 steps in and hit the weights 4-6 days a week… Shit will start melting off ya bud

Increasing calories while working to build muscle. Then cutting calories to lose fat once some muscle is added.

Damn she 5’5 175! Go girl That sounds fat! I’m 5’10 190…good visual muscle tho’ my belly still soft 🙄 but damn - the scale sucks!

she’s overeating. it’s 100% her food choices. Her numbers don’t add up, she’s binging snacks. Eat chicken & broccoli and stop counting calories till healthy bmi
