I swear this channel has the best advice! Use diet to lose or gain weight. Use exercise for physical goals. Trust the process. I will remember this.

I’m actually doing what Sal and Adam talked about right now. My goal is to gain muscle, so trying to maintain my weight, 130 pounds, eating just over 2,000 calories, hitting my protein goals, eating Whole Foods, feeling so good, and really strong!! Been going for almost 2 months 💪🏼🍑

I got down 10 lbs recently just drinking less & making better choices, but recently ramping up training intensity & time in the gym, and accordingly ramping up calories, especially protein... maintaining weight. Still would like to get down at least another 5 to 10, but I like the min-phase idea.

I’ve completely transformed my body through doing a cut and lean bulk started with a 4 week cut and then did a two month bulk.. I’m 4,6% body fat at 53kg and struggling to get it up.. so I’m toned, but skinny..I’m a little confused about what to do going forward though, cause I want to get bigger, but super uncertain if I should bulk for a while or maintain and just go from there! If anyone has advice for me, that would be amazing!

Did you gain much weight during your lean bulk? You could carry on with your leam bulk. If you didnt gain much weight, then try adding 200 kcal per day and do that for a while. Don't be afraid to gain weight and with a surplus of around 300-400kcal per day, it will mostly be muscles. Have fun and good luck 👍

@@SweeetLife I gained around 2.5kg and my body fat % stayed the same.. I stopped bulking about two weeks ago cause it just felt like I was eating so much.. so now my intake is down again, not ideal.. perhaps I should go back on, just don’t know what my intake should be

@babygirlfit sounds like you did well on your bulk. What is your goal? If you want to gain but feel like you're eating too much, try adding higher caloric foods. That way the volume is slightly less but you're still getting your calories in 😀

@@SweeetLife I’m at 53kg now want to get up to about 60kg.. I was at 54kg after my bulk but lost some weight since I went off

@@KirstenKharingten Sounds like you need to increase your calories. If you keep around 400kcal surplus and weight lift, you should find yourself slowly putting on some nice muscles. 😀
