Mini Trampoline Workout HIIT // Low-Impact Rebounder Workout/ All Cardio. This FUN low impact workout is for those who want to get great sweat on, but feel unstable with high kicks and jumps. Remember to push down into the trampoline, engage your core and activate your upper body.
We will be working hard for 45 secs and actively resting for 15 secs. In your active rest, you are in your basic bounce, bouncing up and down or practicing the next move. Take more breaks if needed.
High Intensity Interval Cardio Training is an effective way to burn calories, as your body will continue to burn energy up to 14 hours after your exercise session. In order for this to occur, you do have to challenge yourself, so you are out of breath by the end of the interval. Please take more rest time if you have having difficulty catching your breath. To lose weight and build muscle, make sure you include strength workouts into your weekly regime.

Loved this one! I used Iso-Flex squeeze balls which worked great with all the arm movements. I was able to do everything except those "quick feet squats". Killer.

This looks amazing! My cardio endurance isn’t up to 45 minutes quite yet. I started from ground zero when I was allowed to resume cardio. I’m up to 25 minutes of HITT on the rebounder. Very soon, love your new content…awesome format and tunes! Thank you.

This was a fantastic workout! Some variations that really worked my core and arms and I love ended each round w a sprint so you can let your mind go for a minute and just run. Also the sound quality is soooo good. Cueing is clearly understood and the music was a great mix - very fun and dancey. Next stop the nightclub - someday :)

Thanks so much for all of the lovely feedback! I also enjoyed sprinkling the sprints throughout the routine! I hire someone to adjust my audio levels, as it’s quite tricky to balance vocals and music. Thanks for noticing! I do everything else on my own! Omg! I haven’t been to a nightclub in so long! I can’t wait to go out dancing one of these days!
