I have created this workout so that it is perfect if you are just starting out on your rebounding journey. We have 20 different exercises and will perform each move for 40 seconds and rest for 20 seconds.
If you are using this as a Low Impact day then you can make this as challenging as you want by using the push technique and more emphasis on your arms.
Take things at your own pace and remember to have fun.

I taught rebounding bck in the day (1991) after breaking my back in 3 places in May i was bck running swimming teaching etc in Oct so i incorporated trampling into my aerobic classes (1991) along with rebounding 20 minute classes, excellent therapy & wrkout for balance coordination strengthening & great fun. I still have my original trampoline, that's how well made they were at $20 a tramp bck in the day, shocked at today's prices like everything else bcz it was always meant to be affordable wrkout for all, still your tramp prices are most reasonable than others that i appreciate. Fun effective workout great job enjoy👏🏻 🇺🇸

Thabk you. We have some classes in the beginners playlist that are easier than this so please try these suggestions instead and see how you get on. Bounce for restricted movement Bounce for movement & mobility Plus size bounce - part 1 & 2 Low impact bounce for older adults.

What I love about my new BCAN 40" trampoline is that the instructions kzfaq.infoUgkxJ9gj6zjuYQvwe_l9UB_7kOOVd_fIIC5Q and video were easy to follow and setup. A little maneuvering necessary, but all of the steps needed were included. The trampoline is sturdy and I love the ability it has to fold down to store away. The handle bar is perfect for stability and maintaining alignment. I just received this morning and set up within the hour. It was not difficult, but you need to watch the video and read through instructions prior to putting together. I'm already using and love that you can get cardio workout in 10 minutes, and it's fun to do. I plan to use everyday and will test out it's durabiity to withstand my 110 lbs. If special exercises could be posted for use with the BCAN, that woud be an added bonus! So far, I'm loving my new BCAN trampoline and looking forward to using it for many years.

I am a beginner to rebounding and this one kicked my butt! Lol! I was huffing and puffing! This was only my 5th or 6th rebounder workout and I am just getting back to exercising after 9 months. I let myself go after I lost my Dad and gained 30 pounds back of the 36 I had lost. I have lost 4 pounds in the last 2 weeks so I'm on my way. I am 53 so losing weight is even more difficult. Thanks for all the workouts! They are great!! God Bless!!

I LOVE this video workout!! I thought I was on the higher side of beginner & your workout was challenging, especially the leg lunges! My legs were quite sore after doing this for over a week. So far this is my favorite video! Can you make more beginners circuit videos? I prefer this one to your other beginner circuit you made a few years ago. Thanks for all you & Scott do for us!

I have my indoor trampoline but was just doing basic walking and jumping on it not knowing there is so much I can do that can make me sweat. This is the best rebounding class ever. I am a subscriber. This is ace, just turned 60 and used to be ‘fit’, let it slip in last few years, barely done anything and now back deteriorating from 40 years nursing, feeling really stiff. Had the rebounder two years, just did this in the garden as it’s a sunny Easter in U.K., after an age of rain. Have subscribed. xx

Praise, gratitude, inspiration all words that come to mind for me. This beginer workout is no joke! I am working so hard on building my core and pelvic floor strength and holding core and floor in while doing the moves was very challenging and I sweat a ton. I welcome more of these beginner classes. Thank you for the guidance.

Older video, but I thought I'd comment anyway. On a 100lb weight loss journey after having my third child and have just bought my first rebounder! This beginner circuit was challenging enough, but doable! I am so hoping you will add more beginner circuits...they are the only ones I can do being overweight at the moment.

Please look at bounce for restricted movement and plus size bounce. There is also another circuit bounce for fatigue that is also perfect. Wonderful and actually we have some gentler classes than this in our beginners playlist that will help you work on form and posture. Please look for bounce for movement and mobility, plus size bounce part 1 & 2, bounce for lipedema, bounce for fatigue. Enjoy 😊

I’ve had my rebounder less than 2 weeks. I’m a newbie to the rebounding world and I just wanna know where have you been all my life?!?! 😝 this was a great workout! Though I have worked out prior to this, I didn’t realize how out of shape I still was. This rebounder works a lot of muscles that you don’t even take into consideration when you’re walking. I needed a higher intensity workout and this fits the bill. Definitely sweating. I love a good workout sweat though. I’m super excited for when my body is fully acclimated. My back muscles are going through an adjustment. Looking forward to finally being in shape and shedding these extra pounds.

We actually have one called bounce for restricted movement, plus size bounce and bounce for movement and mobility. All of these have no knee raises in them and are at a slower pace, so they could be a better class to try to start out with. Enjoy and keep us posted on your progress. ☺️

@@sanfranfitness really appreciate it 🥰. I tried a live class in group on my city and found it too intense but I still wanted to try at home and learn at my own peace. I have a big coordination problem, seems my arms and legs are having communication issues 🤣🤣. Many thanks I did this class and was fantastic.

That was just the thing that I'd been looking for for ages! perfect amount of intensity perfect intervals and total length for a true beginner who had been quarantined for a year, freshly bought a trampoline in the house for the last remedy to get back into the track... I liked the music very much that it's not one of those loud, dirty club songs which mostly disturb my musical sensitivity in places.. it eased to keep my focus on my body. So that was just great... Thank you! I feel that I've found my great online instructor. Greetings from the NL.

Loved this workout and managed to do it all without a break. Hadn't realised how bad my co-ordination is if I try and do my arms as well so I gave up and concentrated on getting my feet and legs right and just swung my arms around any old way for balance😂 It's only my 4th of your workouts so I'm still learning. So glad I found your channel, you are the best instructor I've found so I've unsubscribed from the others as I'll not be going back.

😅WoW!!! This was my first rebounder workout!🎉 😮 Awesome workout for can’t wait to get the hang of it and build up endurance. I’m fighting cancer so my strength is limited for now but I want to build up my strength. Thank you and looking forward to tomorrow when I give it another go.😊

After the exercise of the other Day, this was perfectly fine for me. I have some sore mussles from the squats..... so easy doing something today. To keep up the routine. 😄 . You know how to take me off my chair.

I’m a beginner (about 2 months) and just did this workout for the first time. I loved it. I had to use my stability bar for a few moves, but know I can progress. I’ve been doing your You Tube videos daily and now I’m ready to join up as a paying customer! You two are awesome😊😊😊

I agree with Chris Beck's comment. Got a good work out today. My heart rate was up. I'm still trying to figure out the balance bar. I need it on occasion, but it is also a distraction. I'm in a very small space and trying to dodge the ceiling fan and other furniture in the room. So, I'm not always 100% present in the assigned movements. Again, I'm guess that with more repetition, I will no longer be distracted by the objects in the room. Thanks again.

This is just right for a beginner on the rebounder. Got the heart pumping, but not so overwhelming I had to take a break. Great work-out.

Pleasure, I hope this is useful for you and use adaptations where necessary. The last part of the routine you can stay on the rebounder if that’s better for the slow knee raises and kicks.

Well, I finally got to do this wonderful workout! I'm not a beginner, but I love these type of workouts to get some basic movement and sweat 💦 in and keep my heart pumping with this steady state low impact cardio! 💓 I did the higher intensity moves on all the exercises except the leg lifts. On the leg lifts, I chose to go with the slower version so that I could really feel my abs working. I loved it Claire! Yay! (I did this before a spin class, great prep for me)😁🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!

I loved this workout. I played it at 85% as I'm slow coming back from injury. I had to grab the handrail a couple of times but I felt like I had worked.
