This year is the most shocking miss universe, from announcing Top10 to miss universe. everyone like huh, really, what, there is something wrong like that. For me Peru deserved the crown.

If Telemundo would have had something to do with it they would've given it to PUERTO RICO!! Not Mexico. Univision would've given it to Mexico. Andrea Meza was simply the best OVERALL. Brazil and Peru gave ONE good answer in the first round. Mexico messed up in Q&A because she got nervous (You can tell) but she answered the question. In the Final Statement, she answered the best. She recovered there. She wasn't given anything. SHE EARNED IT.

Pero Miss universo se escoge desde que empieza la concentración y México siempre fue favorita México y mexico ya era Miss universo desde que llego s miami siempre fue cercana a la gente en todas sus salidas impecable y con experiencia ya mero era Miss mundo pero el universo tenía otra corona para ella esa corona bien merecida . La peruana en toda la concentración gris no sobresalió de hecho hay unos vídeos donde le gritan a la Perú Ana despierta janick y la brasileña lo hizo bien pero hay que ser claros la mexicana desde antes de llegar a Miami ya esa corona era de ella siempre hacia contenido siempre estuvo presente con la gente en las redes sociales y en la concentración también y sus compañeras todas felices y toda vi a después de su coronación ha estado en contacto con ellas

It would’ve been fun to watch if Australia and Puerto Rico made it to top 5 love to see them battle in the question and answer portion coz i know theyre both well spoken and eloquent ladies . Not saying the rest are not as intelligent but if u have been following all of them u know those to have really good communication skills .

One of the best batches but shockingly controversial Miss Universe shows in a long time. Remember Andrea will have a short reign and crown her successor in December. Miss USA 2021 will be held in November in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Now it's time to crown new queens before December.

It's an overall accumulation of points since their arrival 11 days before the final competition. Preliminaries count a lot. Mexico started accumulating points since day 1. Perú did give the best final answers, but we don't know how she did in the prelininaries. I assume she did very good to be in the final 5, but everything counts. Congratulations to all!

I’m upset LOL. I can’t believe South Africa or Nepal didn’t place at all. I can’t believe Puerto Rico or Thailand didn’t make top 5. I can’t believe Mexico won over Peru and India. Even the audience booed when Peru was announced 2nd runner up. If Puerto Rico or Thailand were in the top 5 there is no way Mexico would have won. People say as you said that telemundo and the organization picked her as the winner beforehand. But they also said last year South Africa won because Tyler perry mad a deal with the organization that they could use his studios only if they crown a black winner 🤷🏻‍♀️ so who knows what’s going on behind the scenes. But I’m sorry. I’m disappointed with the results 👎🏻👎🏻

Y dale con su Telemundo también en 2010 trasmitió el certamen en las vegas donde Mexico ganó y ahi no dijeron que fue Telemundo sino por el bicentenario de Mexico nadie creyó que Mexico ganaría y los dejo con la cara como la tuya. Miss Universe 2020-2021 Mexico

I think the problem was in the show, not the winner. If Mexico won fair and square then I think it should really be reflected in the show which it was not. The show is structured in a way that leads us to believe there is a suspenseful build-up to the all-important final question. I think it's fair to say that Peru shone above all from what we saw. Because Peru didn't win, we are left with unpleasant question marks and a loss of faith in the MU organization. And these question marks, in the cynical critical world in which we live, effectively kill the magical allure of Miss Universe as a place where goodness reigns. Instead, the message conveyed is no matter how well you do, you still may not win or even come in second place. A sad lesson to learn from an organization that encourages women to be empowered.

I think so the winner is not clear,May be because Telemundo take over! And be the big sponser have many choice not go though and so surprising with Puerto rico&Thailand all performance is show these girls deserve place!! To the top5 but Okey Not to be okey ! Then question top5 Peru only give us the best answer and second Brazil but !!! What the result !? **Arriva CHIHUAHUA...VIVA MEXICO!!! The Miss Universe crown is NOT only earned on the final night, you get the crown during the entire concentration and competition of the pageant. Miss Mexico (**from the beginning) was a frontrunner to get that tittle YES or YES!!! She had the whole package and the "IT" factor, Andrea was ALWAYS consistent. She won the judges from the preliminary interview with her charisma and above all NO DIVA performance (I appreciate that), being a GENUINE AND REAL person. EXCELLENT CHOICE!!!

Nah! There a lot of strong, intelligent and outspoken girls that could have enter the top 10 and make this competition more remarkable yet they all chose Latinas(not hating) but the judges are fucked up and so blind from the reality. They turn their back to the power houses obviously they chose to just cut them off. The world knows that she did not deserve is. It's sabotage from the very start judges latins, from the music, country auidience, sponsors, the stage and the whole org. The other candidates where only use for publicity and entertainment. They are all suspicious I know that from the very start of chosing top 10 they already had a bias. there is no iconic winning performance. All is a meme. Because this MU is a joke. We are all robbed. I also don't like the host it's better if it is Steve Harvey announce it. This feels like a cooking show. Worst MU why?? - Worst host - Worst production - Worst selection committee - Fishy choices for Top 21, 10, and 5. - No impact answers and final statements
