how2 measure CYLINDER TIMINGS of: vertex pinasco 225, malossi Sport 210/221, polini 177, pinasco 177. its pretty easy measuring the cylinder timings, it only takes a few minutes. &please measure it directly (!) at the cylinder (thats what u want to measure anyways isnt it...) as it is more precise than measuring it somewhere else at the flywheel with a degree disc...

Hi Mista, thank you for your video, what do you think about my cylinder timings, sp 122* / ep 172* The cylinder is a polini 221 with a 60mm crankshaft ( exhaust open 63% open ) But my question is, how do you know if its good enough ? What is the good ratio to get the maximum of power 💥🔥😉

Reed/rotary valve? Exhaust? Rotary valve and box exhaust: 118-120/174-176

mista FreakMoPed, reed valve RD350 with VF4 / exhaust FD racing from warungknalpot, type rz right side /carb PWK 38

Urgent tinings update needed if u use a expansion chamber exhaust, as withbonly 122/172 the exhaust cant work properly. I even make 118/176 just with box exhausts. The carb also seemt do be a little bit very big for the good old polini. What u need is a malossi mhr or quatttini m244. Start with 120/180 for ur setup.
