Isn't going from mrna to dna defying the central dogma of molecular biology? How is this possible?

Reverse transcriptase an enzyme in retro viruses do this. It's violating if going from protein to mrna but mRNA to DNA is allowed

@@capitalp6577 Thanks! So humans do not produce reverse transcriptase on their own right? They extract it from viruses?
