After you remove all the vegetables after sautéing I see you adding onions is that within the same cookware with the oil reside or do I need to add another 70ml of olive oil for part 2?

You need another 70ml, but you just add a small bit to the existing oil from the sautéing

Potato, Carrots, Peas, and Spinach for the First part. Onions, Garlic, and Tomatoes for the Second part. Salt, Pepper, Cumin, Tumeric, Chilli Flakes, and Curry Powder for the spices. Hope this helps!
