This is the first time I heard about coconut yoghurt. I Live in Spain, we have only Greek yogurt. I Like this Recipe, thank you for sharing with US. GOD bless you.🌻🌻👍

Thank you Judy, Greek yogurt will work fine - just leave out the lime and Apple Cider vinegar. But if you follow a plant based diet, have a look in your supermarket in the non-dairy / dairy-free section. You may not see this brand, but if you can't find coconut yogurt, you may be able to find a cashew / almond / soy yogurt. There are lots of plant based options available these days.

Could you please give me the name of the 'secret ingredient' that you mentioned you used? Also I was wondering if you could suggest any substitute that might be more readily available in a regular supermarket like Coles. Thanks :)

Its dried fenugreek leaves (also called Kasuri / Kasoori methi). Some of the Coles / Woolies stories carry it from time to time. If you can't get your hands on it, leave it out and you will still have a really tasty dish.
