Do we really believe, no matter what happens in these proceedings, that he would stop breaking the law but if he gets away with this plea agreement, he will continue? It’s who he is, he will always interpret any result in a victory for himself he can regale his friends with, not whatever the prosecutor does. Spending a full day's trial by a prosecutor is a waste of taxpayer money. Don’t forget, all the police get overtime for showing up for trial if three trials are held. Somehow all this crap sound like a good idea to everyone out there? Not to me.

He was asking for 3 separate trial by jury cases. Deborah's face said it all when Judge Middleton sided with him; she offered that plea deal because they are already so backed up with cases due to COVID that she doesn't want to waste time trying him for those. She offered that deal because she was just over it.

Debbie did a good job. She stopped him from getting to argue, for 3 trials, that it wasn't him that was travelling but his other him. That would take up so much time and he could call numerous witnesses. I hope he takes the plea, although the trials would be fun to watch. At the end of the day, he will be back with new charges in a couple of months.

This fool is now able to continue to con his followers into the FACT that he was NOT Found Guilty & that they Dropped the Registration & License charges thereby allowing him to continue to push the Validity of his Moorish Fake Documents. It might have been Judicially Expedient & Cost Effective, but it was by no means Judicial! This can only serve to further empower his Delusions & allow him to influence more people to do the same; which is the exact opposite of what citatins, trials/et al are supposed to accomplish.

They are either a citizen of the US, a citizen of another country, or stateless. They can claim to have the passport issued by their fake government but the visa is granted by the state department. Hold them for ICE and see what happens.

This is just a "Cost of Prosecution" plea offer. Kind of like how insurance companies and cities make "Cost of Defense" settlements. Gathering three juries for this idiots traffic tickets would cost the city thousands and deplete resources, and they weren't going to jail him for speeding anyway, they are saying ah he'll let's just fine him unless he wants to push it. Not great justice, but.... it's a far from perfect world.

In the end, it begs this salient question: of ALL his prior experiences with the court, utilizing this hustle, what exactly makes Mr. *Purdue* think THIS TIME it's "gonna work"...? And so in light of the answer to that question, which we all know, why does he keep....trying? It's either ideological fundamentalism, or it's...madness. I think it's both. But much more of the latter than the former.

I'm disappointed in the prosecutor's offer that gives the defendant an opportunity to say he won his sovereign defense. If they've taken this to the extent they already have (the judge entertaining all the foolishness), then they need to see it to the end and properly squash it.

Anyone here willing to bet he'll still be driving before his court case? Any "normal" person with all that evidence against them would just admit guilt and deal with it and move on with there life. But we all know what poor Judge Middleton is having to try and deal with, and it has nothing to do with normal!

There’s a way that the state’s offer is actually harsher than the one you expected. In theory, his license is probably so bad he’ll never get back to valid, so points do not help. The three charges offered likely cost more money than one driving while suspended conviction. This only leaves the jail variable which he is not likely to be sentenced to anything other than time served. In that scenario, state comes out better than they would have and he may be more inclined to plead because it sounds better. Just a guess, although I think it’s a likely guess

I understand the overload of cases in the court system but I just don’t get allowing these fools (sovereign citizens or Moors) to get away with such a minimum penalty! He will continue to do what he does and it sounds like the court is letting him do so! This only amps up these people continuing to disobey the law! What is right or fair about that?
