Why do the judges never say "If you believe that I don't have jurisdiction over you, why have you come to my courtroom today?"
@FD2003Abc
@FD2003Abc 2 жыл бұрын
I saw one do that. The judge said "you have papers for me?" The sc excitedly said "YES" and gave them to the bailiff. The bailiff walked them to the Judge and she said "your filings are admitted into evidence by the court. And this means you have accepted my jurisdiction." Game, set and match. Her expression was a sight to behold. It is always fun to entrap people with their own words. The judge was really having a good time at the sc's expense. Remember, an average judge's job can be quite boring. If they are not too exasperating, sc's can provide some break from the tedium.

This. If the court had no authority over him, there'd be absolutely no reason to even show up -- except fear of a bench warrant and one more arrest. Accepting implicitly -- of course -- that the court *does* in fact have authority to both demand his presence and enforce that demand. Which for all practical purposes is a recognition of the court's jurisdiction.

Sadly you are a slave to the system and dont understand that the defendant can't be arrested again once the judge abandons the bench.... The judge was embarrassed and knew they had nowhere to go, but really wanted to get out. A judge cannot leave without due course, unless the 'crime' has been officially legislated... If that were the case, then all judges would be able to create their own law and decide cases ( which they cannot because a judge only presides) A judge cannot legislate on emotion... The defense t was right and the judge knew it... We should be sticking up for our fellow beings, not ridiculing them whilst we support a corrupt system... You'll figure out the truth one day...

Lets pretend for a moment that there is a universe where Moroccans were indigenous to what is now the United States. Do these people think simply being black makes them a decendant of those Morroccans? Apparently. Im pretty well versed in the challenges of documenting and tracing ancestry. The challenges are significant even in areas with well preserved records like the US and Europe. So to even make these claims theyd have to show documented ancestry thats actually relevant to their claim. I.e. a DIRECT Male ancestor who was a documented beneficiary of a hereditary title property or benefit. So even in their fantasy world THEY ARENT INDIGENOUS!!!!!!

Smh... I'm in the process of tracing of families roots from Georgetown University. Our family history shows we are decedents from Slaves that were sold to New Orleans Slave Owners from The Jesuit Priest at Georgetown University. These so-call Moors are full of ish! It's taken decades in reach to find 5 generation now searching for the finally one to qualify for free tuition to Georgetown Unv. And I they did is just spent time searching for the stupid FEZ!

And even if they were indigenous, then what? Like, actual indigenous Americans aren't running around claiming they don't need a drivers license to drive, or that they can waltz into someone's house and claim it, etc.

The other night after his stream, Arty told us he was joining a panel with Pocket Watching with JT’s channel along with a Moor panelist, Sharif Bey (who explained so much, and made sense, about the point of being a Moor and where that movement came from). Together they broke down one of Taj Tarik Bey’s incidents and then conversed with several “moorish nationals.” It is a 3 hour stream but is well worth the watching in my opinion. Its lot of fun and it explained some things about Moors that had been confusing me.

You're WRONG. HE WAS VICTORIOUS. THE JUDGE ABANDONED SHIP. DIDN'T YOU SEE IT? And he probably clicked his heels 3 times in his ruby red slippers to FINALIZE it. Let the record show......

I've been on a LTWM binge and I'd just like to say that I appreciate how Mike breaks down the laws in a way that those without a legal background can understand, but has never been condescending about it. I watch a lot of police interaction videos, and it's nice to get some context from a legal perspective. I hit subscribe so be nice to the puppers. 🥺
