I also wrap sandpaper around the body tube and rub the root edge of each fin along the sandpaper to create a curved edge to give even more surface contact.

love the idea of the “nail file”. but recommend rephrase “any grit” sandpaper. you don’t want to be using 80G sandpaper or router on anything. be pretty destructive. 120 -180 should suffice. hey can we reach you via your paypal email? @@modelrockets3215 let me send an email to you on some things. Garage is cleaned out and gojng to make the wooden “Centuri launch pad from moons ago. Alpha and Redstone on way. buf I WILL make the restone to a multi engine somehow. (just to be crazy i guess). 😏 Have our Cyber Summer camp coming up and model rockets is on list. i’m done with vinegar and baking soda and the water worked great- but the STEM kits didn’t last. i want to revamp this and will do our of my pocket it necessary. Some low flying, gliders or tumblers would be ideal on small mini motors. (take it they still make 1/2 A engines.). “been away too long Fly safe my friend. it’ll get out to AZ yet and have lots of engines. ＼(^-^)／
