Fantastic. Wish I had that kind of space. I model freelance, the "Chippewa Northern", a subsidiary of Canadian National. It allows me to use the passenger cars in any era mix, for instance a Viewliner with a Skytop Observation.

Very nice Amtrak Layout. looking forward to seeing more progress updates too. Love watching Amtrak Trains speed through Oconomowoc while sitting at Maxims Depot. I grew up when they where phasing out the awesome F40s to the P42s. so on my Amtrak train I had to get 2 Rapido f40s.

Great AMTRAK layout I can tell with an East Coast theme. I once rode all the AMTRAK rail routes west of St. Louis (to see the West) so with EZ TRACK got it out each year under our Christmas tree on the carpet ran AMTRAK HO rail rail with the superliner cars used on the West coast routes and one trainset from the East with view liner cars I pretended was the Missouri River Runner. . I am a fan for the large super liner cars I rode on routes out West like the old Sante Fe El Capitan. Thanks for sharing on KZfaq. I have also ridden some high speed rail in Europe and also like those sleek trains. Incredible layout.

I love those AMTRAK super liner passenger cars in your layout like those I rode on routes west of St. Louis. I think the eastern based Capitol Limited may run them as well but not sure since I have never ridden AMTRAK east of St. Louis. Do you have an imaginary city or cities for your train layout? The sprials remind me of the West. but you sure have an Eastern theme. Great seeing AMTRAK based trainsets in a model layout.

Every time I try to enjoy my Amtrak models on my layout, they always get stuck waiting for hours for a delayed cargo consist to repair an issue just up the line. It's nice to see a video of Amtrak models able to go at reasonable speeds for once.

Me and my Dad have just started doing these train layouts, but we only have enough track or one full rotation, and we have barley any space, we hope one day we can get this many trains and track, and decor.
