Airships can be filled with safe Helium. Hydrogen is cheaper, but as you mentioned, quite combustible. No one uses hydrogen any more.

I play pauper, I can get every common in the set for about as much as it costs to ship, playsets of everything I want for less than a play booster, thanks to them whales chasing serials, most mh3 cards have no value

That Hermes staff really seems like a design flaw. Usually they now word it as "whenever you have X more life than your starting total", not a fixed number that can vary with the format you play the game -- especially with Commander being their top seller.

ya that seems to be entirely aimed at commander then normal format. Though it can be used since it gives lifelink by default, meaning whatever creature you put it on could take you to 30+hp fairly quickly. Especially for White that has tons of lifelink or other things to heal yourself and gain HP. Thought I know of a few critters in my commander deck I would love to put it on......

No, this is the correct wording. See Serra Ascendant. "whenever" would be a triggered ability. If they did it as a trigger ability it would trigger forever and the game would end in a draw.

Funny. I'm reading some of Plato's works involving Socrates. The man was betrayed by his peers and unjustly condemned to death to drink hemlock poison for "corrupting the youth" by educating them and he took it like a champion. Basically in Plato's Critio he said that death is just another journey and perhaps he'll be happier inquiring the righteous dead in the afterlife than living among the corrupt on Earth. The last part I paraphrase but he's the Grecian philosophical analog to Jesus Christ. He went on to explore the idea of the soul and body connection among other ideas, positing that the pursuit of wisdom is among the highest aim anyone can aspire to in life with his contemporaries who visited him in jail before he was executed. Very unconventional and amazing individual with marble solid integrity & character.

Might have better luck if the product actually felt luxurious and wasn't just priced like it is. There are so many misprints, decks with wrong cards, and things coming damaged from pack these days I don't understand why so many people still put up with it.

Edward Kenway was the protag of Black Flag the Carabean assassin's creed it's ships that are supposed to be the vehicles. Frankly the game was ridiculously popular lol, they tried to remake the ship stuff but it never fit quite as well as it did for Black Flag. Eivor, Wolf Kissed was the protag for Valhalla, that's why she has the saga theme.

The character behind Bayek looks like his wife, Aya. And i like how Bayek's and Aya's flavor text connects. Also, Assassin's Creed 3, Black Flag, and Rogue all heavily involved sailing. And Black Flag was the pirate assassin game. Which is where the vehicles come into play.

Zeppelins were supposed to run on helium (not flamable), but the germans were not able to get helium from the usa. They could, however, make hydrogen. Helium zeppelins would be safer and probably be a lot of fun.

Regarding Become Anonymous If an opponent reanimates *your* Archon of Cruelty, you can use Become Anonymous in response to the ETB to steal it back, and then sacrifice one of the creatures that Become Anonymous made to your opponent's Archon trigger. This also works if there's ever cards that you have to give to an opponent in exchange for a reward.

Templar Knight can fetch up a Thrumming Stone, so there's a chance it's just sort of a meme deck for Commander that will work "okay" once in a while. But it sort of folds to control and almost any interaction.

Become Anonymous is literally just Magical Hats lol, I love it. Kenway is odd. Since it says look it when the effect triggers, it gives the impression that you have to remember what's exiled with it, you can't check again. Vehicles in an AC set is to be expected, since Assassin's Creed has been as much a ship game as an assassin game, ever since Black Flag.

His story revolves around him freeing slaves in the Southern US and Florida Keys islands. He's one of the only characters Ubisoft kept alive through 3 games to expand on his story. All love!

It is all of the Modern players that love playing in all the Wizards sponsored local store and regional Modern tournaments. So that's like 4 guys, not 10. Thank goodness their decks may only be $900 instead of $1,200. That will lower the investment into Modern, so that they can spend slightly less money, spend an entire day of their lives at a tournament, and paying an outrageous entry fee so they may have a chance to place at the top of the tournament and be one of the players lucky enough to take home an alternate art land or unplayable common worth $2.00. It's irresistible!

I've disliked many Magic sets in it's history, but I always bought at least something from them. Whether it's one collector box, a bundle, whatever. I will probably skip all of Assassin's Creed. There's a few reprints that look cool, but none of the new stuff is exciting in the least. I'm kinda glad to take a set off, tbh.

Glad the resell price crashed for the most part, not glad LGSs have to deal with it though. I love when resellers who don't buy to play the cards, they buy to invest in the cards, lose money. It puts a smile on my face because resellers are the one of the major factors some magic cards are so pricey, they're artificially inflating prices and WotC does that enough as is so we don't need more.

Rofl, "we know you as players dont' want a rotating format, but rotating formats are good for profits so we're gonna do this thing with Modern Horizons for a while to shake up Modern, and then we're just gonna start cranking those out like two or three times a year... for one year, then you'll be getting 6-9 a year. To be honest, this would be much easier if you'd just put all of your money into an envelope and mail it to us directly. Then we wouldn't even have to bother thinking up the scams."

I don't understand this "price crash" claim. Are you comparing the price of singles now to what they were at release or a week prior to release? What did you expect? Prices to go up when people had access to the cards? Which set in the history of magic has had the average price per card go up or even stay close to its prerelease price? Every video I see from this channel is a HOT take but this one is just bad.

Prices plummet the week of release and peak low....then trend upwards.....urzas incubator was bulk before the tribal edh commander....cyclonic rift was 8 bucks at one point after 2017 drop ......cards have to be reprinted..... Now i dont agree there should be reprint of product every 2 months....i will say that.....ally fetches will be back to their normal prices in a few months.....happens everytime fetches r reprinted

"Search your deck" like god damn that mechanic is boring as hell. What's the point of shuffling when everyone can just search their deck for their best cards? It's tedious, time consuming, and pretty crappy for the opponent to have to sit and constantly wait. Like how is this fun?

Its funny, all the broken modern/commander stuff they're releasing is actively pushing me AWAY from commander and towards standard... which is kind of a dead format around me, leaving me with just Arena. Ugh...
