A big fan. So far I’ve made your 7 up pound cake, Butter pound cake with that hot glaze and the Lobster, Crab, Shrimp MAC and Cheese! All were a great hit with the family! Love the tutorials, so easy to follow! Thank you !

Carolyn...I do very little baking or cooking. However, I assess, design and implement "learning solutions" (self-paced courses, videos, etc). THIS was an excellent production. It had ALL the right ingredients carefully blended and presented. First, it was short and easy to follow (even for a novice). Great editing to blend still shots and video. Nice tone and pace to keep it moving, yet very educational (yams). Conversionally friendly, with a SOH, yet very professional. Impressive. Again, all the right ingredients carefully blended and presented. THIS...is a first rate production. Sets a benchmark for other "cooks" to follow. Now I'm ready to free my mind and open up my taste buds. I'm sure I'll be just fine. LOL.

Just made this wonderful cake! It has been a minute since I made a cake from scratch but once again I am reminded that there is NO box cake anywhere that can equal the taste of scratch baked goods. I made the spiced cream cheese frosting, used regular orange sweet potatoes and organic butter. Delish!

Glad you are ok. I did find Madagascar Vanilla in Homegoods for 7.99 for 8 ounce. I purchased 2. Which comes out about the same but yeah they are tripping. I also made your pineapple coconut cake and the person loved it.
