Another great one. Love the book. For the numbers to mark the pages to make it easier to find the page you rolled…maybe just use the odd numbers since evens are back pages. That way you can easily get to the pages…mark the first 12 (using number 11 marker) with gold markers and the others with silver since they don’t go to 24. Page 13 would be 1 in silver. Might work. Lol. 😊

Hi Marlene, 😊 favorite Chinese food dish is Cashew Chicken Rice plate with Dumplings, yummy. Wow, you've already paid $1500 towards your debt that's awesome,!! Plus your goal is to pay it off in 90 days...I am extremely inspired by you my friend! Now I need to kick myself in gear and pay off as much as my debt as I'm able and these savings challenges have really helped me as well. I owe a little over 14k right now and I'm determined to get it paid off asap, but life happens and things come up. Seems like it's taking me forever, but I know we both will get our debts paid off with determination and strength. I wish you all the best in paying off your debt so quickly. Oh I understand about life throwing those punches! The most important thing is to just stay the course! It can be so hard to stay motivated but you have got this!! This goal is a huge one for us but I believe that with the choices we make and the income opportunities we have it is definitely a possibility!! Thank you for your positive thoughts!!

hello! I'm a college student, and I do all of my savings challenges digitally because I don't like keeping all of that cash in my dorm. it makes me plenty of interest tho, which is a huge win!! great video!

If you don't mind me asking so you have a high yield savings account and if so which one do you use? @@angelaromero2542 omg absolutely! I use Ally bank as my HYSA. the rate may be lower than some of the other accounts out there but I really liked the buckets aspect of the account. I'm able to divide up the money in my savings into different buckets (like mini accounts in the giant account) so I can keep track of each challenges progress while still earning interest on the whole lump sum!

@@angelaromero2542 absolutely! I use ally bank for my HYSA because of its buckets. I'm able to divide up the money in my account based on each of the individual challenges to track the progress while earning interest on the lump sum! the only downside is that the APY is a little lower than some other HYSAs, but a 4.20% APY is still way better than a traditional savings! so sorry for my delayed answer; I swear I answered you two days ago lol

You could just think you have to multiply the gold tab on the second georgette book by 2. So if you need page 19. You would multiply 10 by 2 that is 20 so 19 is the front of 10. I hope that makes sense

I ordered the metal number tabs and decided when I use this challenge, I’ll roll the D-12 and a D-6. I will go to the correct page but if the D-6 is an odd number, I’ll do the front of the page, if it’s even, I’ll do the back side. It was the only way I could make it make sense in my brain.

Happy to see you feeling better! My Chinese food favorite is General Tso's, I just wish it was gluten free, I'm not supposed to eat it so I rarely do, the torture is real😊

Oooohh I love General Tso's! You just need to find a gluten free recipe and cook it up for yourself! It is amazing what you can make gluten free. My grandma was celiac way before people even knew what gluten was so she made everything from scratch. She made her own rice flour and made the best brownies with it! She was just amazing! I know it does take a lot of time to be able to find good recipes and to cook them...but it may be worth it!!

Glad you are feeling better. I use a combination of real and placeholder money. Usually once a month I will put placeholder money if there is a quite a bit in the saving challenges.

Hi Marlene! My favorite Chinese dish is chicken rice. I haven't had it since I moved to the States from Singapore for good in 2006. I grind my teeth, too! It's terrible...my teeth are basically gone. I keep biting through my mouth guards. Ohmygoodness, that beaver savings challenge is everything! That's amazing that you paid down $1,500 in 10 days! Getting that paid off in three months is an amazing goal...I hope so hard you make it!!!

I love vegetable chop suey and a food fried rice. 🍚 I wear a mouth guard too, when I was younger I ground all molars down that I needed root canals and crowns on them all later in life. I always say I’m the Queen. 👸 😂 p.s. my insurance covers my mouth guard at about $550.

Hey hey Tracy! I am finally here to reply! Oh those mouth guards are just ridiculous!! I first started wearing a guard in high school...so many years! Luckily my dentist caught it pretty quick. Oh I wish my insurance would cover the mouth guards, but no such luck!!
