My delivery is 5th normal delivery in my home. All are followed her from 3rd month to 9 th month exercise. I'm doctor and I have worked in hospital till last day of my delivery without any issue.

Make sure you guys do it in slow pace ...regarding Folic acid take it as early as you can,few months before pregnancy is recommended..Folic acid is necessary to prevent neural tube defects so please start taking it atleast when you know you are pregnant.

Please ye exercise n kare first 3 months tak. Uske Baad ho bhi kare apni gyni se Salah lekar kare. It can be dangerous for u to take these exercises in first trimester

Ladies never do such intense exercise in first trimester, it totally unsafe. instead of this u can do pranayam yoga, meditation and 🙏

2month Me aisa excercise kisi pregnant lady bilkul bhi na kre to jyada achha hai. Hamare sath jo huaa vo kisi dusre ke sath na ho. Aisa excercise krna danger ho sakta hai

ye exercise pregnant Lady ko krna thik nhi hai. kyonki aapka baby ko dhakka lg sakta hai. mujhe exercise ke bad bahut adhik pain huaa our bleeding start ho gyi our miscarriage ho gya mera bachha. to aisa karne se pahle Doctor ki sahal le kr Hi aisa karne. other wise this exercise may be the reason of miscarriage

No doubt exercise is good during pregnancy but what she is showing here is for women who are already very fit and used to heavy intensity exercise. Her moves are too fast and raises heart rate quickly and can be dangerous. I advice all those watching this to follow other prenatal workout routines like body fit by Amy.
