This excercise is very good. I love this excercise.I have gained a lot of weight and I'm 3 month pregnant . Before this I was very lazy to do excercise. But also worried for my delivery but this excercise gave me hope now I will follow your advice daily, thank you so much.

It's very fast , how can we do this during the 3rd month, it's riskier, jump is not allowed at all in this stage

This helps a lot of ppl think exercise can cause miscarriage that's cheap talk cause for my first baby I jump play sports and noting happen he's nine months and healthy
