I like almost all sorts of music. From this country music, old time music, to even a bit of jazz. Jazz the least as it 'wanders' off the melody too much for me. I even like country, gospel, rock, rap.

Bunch of goddamned idiots to be politicizing music and musicians. Pretty much you are about as UNAmerican as it gets if you consider yourself to be something more than others. Go look up the word community. We are, all of us, Americans, and that ONLY if we do not judge our fellow citizens. I am in Kentucky right now and I see some of the most sophisticated equipment in the world every day that allows you guys to get your devices delivered to you quickly. Y'all have no clue what it took to get this nation to this point if you are traipsing around pissing and moaning and looking for someone to blame for some imagined problem. Like Rodney King said... I sent my daughter Sarah to tap dancing and ballet but she never reached the pinnacle of perfection shown by Miss Moonshine; pure poetry, synchronised, and subtly resonating kinetic harmonics; sweet movement, delightful rhythm. If I could get a gallon of the 'real old mountain dew' down me, I would try that foot stomping myself; "I'll eat if I'm hungry and drink if I'm dry, and if Moonshine keeps me standing, I'll drink 'till I die. " xxxx

well done! everyone! reminds me of family reunions we used to have in the '60s, 70s and 80s. everyone who played would sit in middle of camp and the music, and good times, would flow! we didn't have a buck-dancer tho. she woulda fit right in, keepin us on time. great clip, folks! thanks

That’s some serious heel’in & toe’in to go along with that fiddlin. We could use a lot more of this kind of fun in our lives. Thank you for the wonderful post!

@@MissMoonshineDance I’ve been checking it out and already have some favourites! Can’t wait to show my dad, who as a kid would do this for his family. I saw him do it once out of the blue and then learned how rich this heritage is. You can see on the faces of everyone involved, it brings so much joy :)

Now she is a champion buck dancer , I love this ol tune and they play it very well only thing is it makes me homesick. I'm an old and retired and am heading for the hills. I'm gonna sit on my porch play my guitar try writing a new song or two and look at the mountains for a month. Then I'ma gonna get lazy.. 😆

Fantastic! Greetings from Texas. Most of my ancestors came here in the mid 1850s but trace our ancestry back to the early 1700s mostly in the North Carolina and Virginia areas. Many crossed the Cumberland gap. No doubt some remained in Appalachia. I admire your bluegrass musical skill. Thanks for sharing!
