The Blue Tank and the Carbide Tank are all the MCP (or urethane-like) balls you need. These are fantastic for training. They will not save you on THS like resin, but they still respond to hand changes, speed changes, and oil changes like resin. Only more noticeable when training, since the basic motion is so predictable. Throw it, and trust it to do exactly what you make it do. It will not save your bacon on the twig with THS, so balance, arm swing, and pace have to be right. I took my Blue Tank out on a fresh THS a couple of days ago and had 11 strikes and an open (I yanked the spare shot on a 2-4, which was there because I got fast and right). So it will carry well, but the speed and lane location need to be correct. Like I said, it's a training ball. Everybody needs at least one Tank, of either variety. Trust me. Then throw it often enough to keep yourself honest. BTW, they're not just for training. You'll know when you need to use it. If you think you need to switch to it, then that's when to use it.

100% agree. Despite everything Justin said here, my Carbide has been one of the most punishing balls I’ve ever thrown. If your hand position is off even slightly, you’ll see it almost immediately on the lane. Because this ball is so early, you basically either struck or missed by the time the ball touches the lane. Outside dry and inside oil aren’t going to save you.

I❤ my blue tank. It is so much stronger than I ever imagined. But smooth and contentious. I thought with its core size and differential it would not hook as much. But wow. It is a beast. The second time I used only it for 3 games, I rolled a 724. My first MCP but I promise I will have more

Love my gold tank, I’ve been wanting to buy another tank but the hardest part is do I drill it stronger then the gold tank?

I really enjoy, seeing Justin so happy about the newest tank, same core as my favorite of all tanks the BLITZ, same no# Also. Q Justin this is your friend (Clint) Tampa,Fl. Is this tank going to move like the blitz Or better. Myself I’m thinking it will be the same but I’m digging the grey w/black logo. I think I will put mine at 30*4-1/2*20 or 45*4-1/2*45
