Carlos Arce, the crankshaft on my PK80 was not sanded in any way. I actually came upon this method almost by happenstance just by trying out different methods. I can see how some crankshaft may be different than others as far as how tight the bearings are on there. For me the real difficulty was with the crankcase. It was quite challenging to remove and install the bearings with such tight fit into the case. I have seen another video of a guy (Steve Duncan) who literally just drops his bearing into the crankcase with no tools whatsoever. Im pretty sure he may very well have sanded his case. Personally this is Ill-advised as the bearing race should be affixed to the crankcase. Have you given my method here a try? If you dont have any luck, please let me know. Maybe I can think of another way to get that bearing off of there.

Did you figure this stuff out on your own by studying the exploded view? Or is there resource you have used to find out all this good disassembly information
