Mouthwatering chicken thighs recipe in the oven! Very simple, tasty and delicious!
Ingredients:
7 chicken thighs
3-4 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp Honey
Season with oregano
4 tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
Season with salt and black pepper
5-6 medium potatoes
4 carrots
1 medium onion
Handful of parsley
Bake for 30-35 minutes at 200°C/ 400°F
