Some changes I notice when I move regularly with Nicole: - PMS and menorrhagia symptoms subside - Joint pain and popping subside - I engage my muscles more consciously and gracefully while performing daily activities - Occasional mind-clearing emotional releases during some stretches and sequences - A more toned and beautiful body I love this channel. Nicole is the real deal.

When I hear my alarm going off at 6:30 am on a Saturday morning, I have to force myself to get up and roll out my mat but then after 30’ of pilates, I feel fully awake and energized. After 2 months of working out almoust daily, following your schedule, I can’t say that my body is transformed but I feel less backpain and even if it is a stressful period I feel calmer throughout the day. Moving not for performance or for a toned body but to feel better is key to take good care of ourselves and is something that I am learning from your practice. Thank you. ❤

I’m full time at uni studying music theatre and these classes are a staple in my week for conditioning. I LOVE these advanced Matt classes as they compliment dance so well and keep me calm and strong. Also, so grateful for the free access due to being a broke uni student. THANKYOU NICOLE

In the past, I found it difficult finding a yoga or pilates instructor I liked, because as an ex-dancer I very much need movement (hands, pointed toes etc) to be aesthetic. But you and your workouts have changed my life - my attitude, my health, my confidence. Thank you, Nicole! You make me (and i’m sure others too) feel beautiful in our own skin!

I just finished this workout!!! I have to say this definitely challenged me and I LOVED it! The burn felt SO good and I love how its 30 min! Intense and its done so quick. Your 30-40 min Pilates are my personal favorite!

I found myself not breathing good, sometimes not breathing for a short term at all. It brought me to sleep apnea and sleep disorder. I never liked classic fitness workouts, because it was not a natural movement for me. Then I decided to try with pilates and I found Nicole. My breathing is a lot lot better and I sleep like a baby :) Thank you Nicole! 🙏

This was one of my favorite workouts so far that you have made. As someone who has a lot of chronic inflammatory diseases, I am soooo grateful for your videos. I always love my pilates days and find the classes so quick and both rigorous and calming. These are such a great balance to my higher energy hiking or hiit days and rolling out my mat gets me settled into the moment!

You have definitely taught me what pilates should be!! I had in the previous years been to classes and no one was able to make me engage my muscles and core as much as you have. The way you explain whilst I am doing the exercises makes me conscious about the muscles I use and the breathing techniques that need to be used. You explain so well and even though you are not physically here I definitely feel your presence as a teacher in my home. Thank you!!

Love this workout so much. Did it on our roof with a cool breeze here in Peru. If ever you want to do a retreat here my doors are open. You're amazing and make working out daily a treat. I crave these workouts and have begun to need them to have a full day ❤️

Oh wow, I loved this one! Today wasn't the best morning for me mentally, so this workout was extra hard but at the same time I couldn't fully immerse in it. However, I still worked up a sweat and a good burn throughout my glutes/legs and abs. Normally, I would force myself to do another hardcore workout now to really burn my muscles out, but I know that this would be straining and exhausting for me now, so I won't do it. Here's to learning how to treat myself and my body better - with your help

I absolutely loved this one! It really got me dripping sweat. My glutes and legs hurt soo bad, especially during the Lunges & running exercises. And my abs hurt, too, and were engaged throughout the entire workout. THANK YOU!

Try rolling back off of your hip bone ever so slightly until you’re resting on the fleshy part of the hip/glute instead of the bone!

This was sooo good! The part where I’m laying on my side and lifting my legs in really hard for me, I feel like I’m hurting my hip more than I should be

Mine does as well! Try leaning your body slightly forward on your hip, so rather than directly on the hip bone you're rotated off of it a bit. It still hurts but not as bad LOL

@@boinkboinkboink thanks! I also have been realizing that because of my diet change, and workouts that I’m loosing weight rapidly. And because I don’t have muscle to replace it I am struggling. I hope that once I build up my muscle stuff like this will hurt less. Lol

Can’t thank you enough! I’ve had back issues and 3 months ago committed to increasing my mobility including doing your workouts daily. My mobility has improved so much. I could barely move an inch h forward when crossed lkneed. Now I am on my elbows when crossed kneeded. Luv your classes! ❤👏🏻
