I'm moving across the country for university to live by myself along with my pet chameleon (carl) & snake (waffles). I'll be moving from Brighton to the north of England, which I know isn't very far in Canadian terms but this is moving across the country technically ;)
This has been a very crazy, life-changing journey, but since this doesn't happen often I thought I'd document the entire process from booking a train up to the new city to apartment hunt, packing my entire life in boxes, selling furniture, renting a van, bringing carl to the vet, and figuring out how to transport both my pets across the country because they're reptiles and can't go without heat for a long time..
disclaimer it's a bit obvious but the thumbnail is edited af, that's not actually my chameleon & snake in the pic haha.. i would never take them outside in uk weather, or put them together like that
