Hope you guys like this quick update video. Moving takes so much longer than you think. Sorry for not posting anywhere near as much as I used to. I’m definitely getting back into my regular three times a week schedule soon.

Wow the place looks fantastic. BUT the steps !!! I would have to drive up there.
@WasherDryerMoney3 жыл бұрын
Yeah I’m still working on the new driveway up there. It rained pretty hard and messed up most of my progress.

Next video you should make is how to test different appliance motors. How to connect them direct. Not to many videos on that and if there are they are not very detailed on how to or why. Love your videos

Hey for 1160 pounds I got $84. It was a mix of 10 washers and dryer‘s. One was a front loader those are always heavy. So around $8 apiece. Dryers are very light so if you have a bunch of dryers to scrap you will deathly not get as much. My guess would be a dryer is about 6 dollars right now and a washer is about 10. If you want to get into the appliance business be sure to join the appliance mentorship group on Facebook. Those guys are great.

@@WasherDryerMoney Thanks for sharing the knowledge and references. I didn't find the "appliance mentorship group" on facebook. Would you have a link that you can paste here please?

Questions did you buy that property or rent it? And your have other income besides the appliances?
@WasherDryerMoney3 жыл бұрын
I bought it. I don’t do it much anymore but I also have a moving company. It’s honestly too much physical labor for me now. It was great when I was in my 20s. I am also a Buy and hold a real estate investor.

@Jonathan T. Brown my main business now is rental properties. Flipping Appliances was my main business about two years ago but now I would definitely say it’s rental properties. My exit strategy is hold forever. I may sell some of my less older properties and upgrade them eventually.

What kind of gloves do you use
@WasherDryerMoney3 жыл бұрын
Nothing fancy I will just use plastic gloves if it’s greasy. for the most part I just use regular work gloves from the hardware store. I go through a lot so whatever is on sale.

@@WasherDryerMoney im thinking puncture, slices moving around in those spaces avoiding sharp. Hard to find some where you can feel the screws
@WasherDryerMoney3 жыл бұрын
@@504ksh Yeah I have had some high-end gloves but I usually mess them up pretty quickly.
