I agree with the editing, it was so refreshing. The music and the clips reminded me when i first moved to Japan for univeristy. It was like my brain playing back my memories, the move-in, the culture, the place, the people. Welcome to Japan, and hope you thrive.

Found this video on my home feed and it was sooooo refreshing to watch it! The calm & soothing narration, (hopefully you'll let us know who is the narrator in the future videos hahah), the story telling, the music, your approach to life...everything was on point and different from every vlog that I have seen and made on YT so far. Wish you all the best for you future adventures in Japan ^_^

Absolutely obsessed with the production quality of your videos. The way you storytell your adventure in a new and unfamiliar environment and situation is so charming, alongside your contagious positive energy. I love that you try to keep positive and encourage that. I really love that you're challenging yourself, too. I'm enjoying your channel so so much. Side note, it really IS so genuinely kindhearted how willing Yoko was to help you out until you were decently settled and got things sorted! What a sweet lady.

Pro tip: stick a AirTag in your new wallet! (Amazon sells these AirTag-card cases that's like a credit card but with a hole for AirTag). The peace of mind this brings should give you a little more energy for everything else!)

I hope you were able to get your wallet back! Maybe you can try filing a police report for it. I lost my phone on a recent trip to Kyoto and they got it back to me the very next day. (Sorry I used Google Translate🥲) Japanese Kanji has two ways of reading and they are called “On - yomi” and “Kun - yomi”. The narrator misreads Kanji in many places, so it’s difficult to understand what you really want to say. I want to know what you are really saying because I love your video!
