I'm not going to connect without all of these probes? I only have 2 clamps and 2 pressure probes

You can connect with what you have, but you will not be able to MeasureQuick in its full capacity. You need psychrometers for pressure targets for suction pressure, liquid pressure, and temperature split. You have the most basic kit.
